Negative experience: Absolute nightmare to deal with, stear clear. Appointments mean nothing, every single one I made was changed (on some occasions minutes before arrival) and I was never seen by the same dentist twice. I gave Plaza a few chances after a wildly unprofessional and inappropriate experience during my initial consultation but things never improved. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Fantastic experience: I'm shocked at my experience quite frankly. I've previously used another dentist in the area, and it scared me off dentists to be honest. After a few years and recently having some pain with wisdom teeth I decided to try again. I called on Tuesday and had an appt for the next day, amazing so far. The office itself is clean, modern and Bobby at reception is very welcoming. I mentioned to the dental team as I sat in the dreaded chair that my teeth are my point of shame and I hadn't seen anyone about it in a long time, they were so....I suppose, gentle. They talked me through what was happening, reassured me that it wasn't as bad as I had feared and were able to give me a plan of action that didn't sound daunting or overblown. In a weird way I can't wait to go back, looking after my teeth properly now seems like something I can do which is a thing I never thought I'd say! Thank you so much guys!

Positive experience: I messed up my appointment and arrived in pain a week early … The chap at reception was so accommodating and informed me of a cancellation within minutes … Thank you so much u were my hero that day ….. unfortunately only part of my tooth could be removed… I was a bit traumatised by the experience….

This clinic was a life saver, I got checked as soon as I got there and received all the information needed by the doctor in a clear and unbiased manner. Absolutely recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for years and have gone through a long journey because my teeth were in a bad state when I first came there. Started with fixing all cavities, then once my teeth were in a healthy state we continued with braces and finalised it with composite bonding veneers! The change in my smile is insane! Very happy with that and also very happy with everyone at the clinic - starting with Bobby the lovely manager always happy to help, to Dr.Ariba which is extremely kind and one of the best dentist I’ve ever came across and everyone else as well, everybody always treated me so nice. I am a demanding patient, I wanted perfection and they helped me and together we were able to reach such results. Negative experience: Went here for a clean and polish as my usual dentist was booked up for 3 months. This was the quickest clean and Polish I have ever had. I was no more then 15mins in the dentist chair, and this was with a quick consultation too. My own dentist usually cleans my teeth for 30mins. Didn't feel like I was giving a proper clean so unfortunately won't be returning.

Positive experience: Lovely and kind professional! However the cleaning lasted 10 minutes only, I never had a service like that fast, it looks good, but if feels weird though, last time that I was here the cleaning was the best that I ever had, I can’t say the same for this time.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with doctor lying to their patient in order to have you undergo as many treatments as they can give you. On two occasions I was told my referral with surgeon for tooth extraction (to allow implant procedure) was emailed while it was not, giving the dentist more time/occasion to appoint me for more teeth treatments in the meantime. I'm not saying I did not need further treatments, I'm saying they should respect their client in telling them the truth and give them the opportunity & freedom to make the treatments in the order they wish considering their own payment plans and priorities (and particularly with high price implants).

Negative experience: The never replied to my request for a budget. They had me waiting for 3 weeks now. Bad service and woman at front desk is genuinely useless. She does not speak English properly which makes booking an appointment even harder.

Fantastic experience: I just had my wisdom tooth out at Plaza Health and I was quite anxious about it, I didn't need to be as Alexandria and Pedro did an amazing job, they made me feel so at ease and the extraction was so much easier than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Plaza Health as for the 1st I have finally found a dentist that understands how nerve racking a visit to the dentist can be. Thank you Alexandria and Pedro I will be back.

Negative experience: They have really old medical devices. The dentist made a scan and told me that that I all looks fine and that most probably I was having a sensitivity issue. Turns out I had two teeth that needed root canal treatment next to each other. Time passed since I could find another appointment with another dentist. I had to suffer through pain while it worsened.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend! I get to meet people like her very rarely. I was treated professionally in a high-class atmosphere! Doctor Maria Varela is a star! ❤⭐️ She is such a gentle, caring and very attentive person! I got rid of my fear of dentist thanks to her! She is wonderful! Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist for years after having a horrible experience getting a filling done without being offered anaesthetic, leaving me with with lots of dentist trauma. Getting my check up and clean wasn't pleasant, but both the dentist and her assistant couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about my serious fears. Everything was explained very well and with a lot of compassion. I couldn't recommend them more if you're nervous after having unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and thorough treatment from all of the staff. Both Dr Varela and Dr Pierre are excellent dentists and provide lots of reassurance, making the experience of a dental visit much less stressful than it might be elsewhere. Dr Varela was able to fix a long-standing issue with no problems and was very kind throughout the entire procedure. Would definitely recommend Plaza Health for consultation or treatment.

She is really caring about her patients and always making sure we are feeling throughout the whole procedure. She will also give you honest advices and recommendations. On top of that, she is always super smiley and cheerful, which makes everything nicer.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended Plaza Dental for an emergency root canal with Dr Maria Varela. Dr Maria was incredibly caring, and the process was painless. I cannot recommend the clinic and Dr Maria highly enough. Outstanding 5 Star service.

Fantastic experience: Bobby is just so lovely, I still pop by just to say hi sometimes. I got my braces here to correct a crossbite, crooked front teeth upper and lower, overbite and narrow arch. In total I had them on for about 1.5 years and it cost with a discount €4,500. I'm happy with the final result and that they give you teeth whitening afterwards and both permanent retainers and night retainers. Dr. Perry knows what he is doing, I felt in safe hands :)

Fantastic experience: So, today was D - day - the 23rd May I finally took my braces off. Honestly, I was at peace with the whole idea of removing my braces as it had been a whole 21 months of having the braces on (from September 2021 to May 2023). Whenever there was an issue, I was ringing up Plaza Health to sort it out and the entire team - from the receptionists to the orthodontists were of great service and are so welcoming. My favourite by far is Liseth who accommodated me throughout my entire braces journey - she’s the only one I wanted to work with on my braces journey. She’s amazing as hell and she’s great to have a conversation with. To be honest, she was more excited at my braces removal than I was which I thought was hilarious I am amazed and very happy with my teeth - the results are great. Thank you to the entire team and I look forward to smiling my way throughout life

I had problem with my wisdom tooth and it was very painful, none of the dentist very ready to even look at me without an appointment but these guys did. They took me in as an emergency case and prescribed me antibiotics . Thanks to the whole team.

Negative experience: The dentist was helpful and good but the staff at reception are horrible I only had bad experiences. It was also nearly impossible to get them on the phone. They have told me information different from what the dentist said. They failed to put an order through for weeks and did not follow up. Extremely disappointed in this experience and would not recommend.

Negative experience: I've just called and ask for an appointment. She told me the date but never the time. I called a 2nd time literally 2 seconds after and she answered "helloooooooo!!??" and when I said "Hi" she directly hang up. The aftercare provided in plaza health is fantastic and any issues or concerns I have had have been dealt with promptly . All the staff ( dentists , dental assistants , receptionists, admin staff ) are incredibly friendly and a pleasure to deal with . Fantastic experience: Do you fear root canal? Did you have a really bad experience with it in the past? You visited the dentist and she or he said — you will need to extract it? Well, that was me before searching a little bit more and finally found Maria Cristina. I am so delighted that I was referred to her at Plaza Dental by my orthodontist. Maria did an amazing job, not just saved my tooth — the same tooth the other dentist said was really really bad and that I would need to extract it — but she was so careful to make sure the process was as painless as possible. She also splitted the treatment to multiple appointments to make sure the infection was really gone and that my tooth was safe, and after all that she did a great job restoring the tooth, a true dent artist :) My tooth looks amazing!!! The staff was equally fantastic, very professional and helped me with everything I needed wether facilitating the payments, scheduling or anything. I'm very happy!!! Maria and team, you are my heroes!

Fantastic experience: I began my orthodontic treatment 2 years ago with Dr Ronan Perry. Since my initial consultation, the level of care I received was nothing short of exceptional. My individualised plan was clearly explained to me upon commencement of treatment and any questions I had were answered as a matter of urgency. I cannot thank the lovely ladies at reception enough for their help with regards booking appointments which suited me best, as well as their overall demeanour and the welcome they gave me when I was in the practice. I cannot thank general manager Bobby, Dr Perry, Dr Sidra Taher, and Gosia enough for their amazing support during my orthodontic treatment. I would recommend anybody to avail of this amazing practice, you will not be disappointed. 10/10

Fantastic experience: After putting off getting braces for many years, I decided to take the plunge and just go for it. Dr Ronan Perry was highly recommended by a friend so I met for an initial consultation. Once I had my fixed braces, each regular visit was a great experience. Negative experience: I had a great experience with the dentist and the appointment itself but was very unhappy with the admin. My appointment time was changed the day prior to the appointment (I had booked one week in advance) with no explanation or request given. After I complained and explained that my original time was the only time I could do they changed it back. I organised to have a second appointment this week and the same thing happened where the day prior I got a confirmation email with the time changed. I called to complain and they explained that they do this because of other patient's cancellations and were not very understanding that I had booked my appointment for a specific time that I could leave work. While on the call I asked about how much the cost would be as I was surprised at how expensive my first appointment was, I then discovered that I had been overcharged for my first appointment. In organising a new time for my second appointment the receptionist told me that I was a new patient and they were doing me a favour by giving me an appointment at all, I explained my frustration at the service thus far and I was told that they could give me the refund for the overcharging and forget about my appointment or schedule me in for the new time that didn't suit me - safe to say I took the refund and cancelled my second appointment, I will take my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: First time was great, after that well it’s not great. If you book an appointment with them, you may as well expect it to be cancelled or rearranged. Booked an appointment, they changed it without actually informing me, Changed it again and when I showed up they had an “emergency” and couldn’t fit me in. I personally know someone else who had their appointment changed 3 times because of emergencies and they tried to offer them a toothbrush as a consolation. When they actually do ring you and you miss the call, you can never ring them back cause the phone is always engaged. Book an appointment elsewhere, cause you’re never gonna get one you actually want here

Fantastic experience: Generally people in my personal space drive me bonkers. But Maria is great: She did a root canal, which went amazingly, then a week later I got a filling for the tooth and then on top of that I got a clean all in all great dentist, nurses and receptionists. ✌. Thank you folks
