You can tell they truly care about their patients. Dr. Tang is an exceptional dentist – kind, attentive, and very skilled. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a dental practice where you feel both confident in the care you’re receiving and relaxed during your appointment, but this clinic really manages to do both. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and will definitely keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely spectacular treatment. I came hear to get a crown on my tooth, after neglecting it for so many years due to my own dentist ripping me off for a quote on the crown. I got it done here for nearly 40% cheaper. Laís is an incredible dentist, very talented. Very knowledgeable, and she instilled ways to look after my teeth better. I found my new regular dentist. It's no wonder Brazilian people have better teeth than us. They do a better job overall. 11/10.

Negative experience: Charging 200€ for teeth whitening kit that’s 25€ online overall dentist is ok but will try to hold you out as long as possible for more money no understanding to what people says gets defensive when questioned on the work

These guys took the time to explain in detail the problem and the best next steps, also clearly explained why those were the best next steps. I felt comfortable and looked after. If you are looking for a studio with specialists you can trust, look no further. Amazing team…and this is from someone that did not get good news

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lais and her assistant were great ! I woke up with a toothache that was killing me , it was a Friday afternoon and the clinic arranged an appointment for the same day. After the procedure i left the clinic still in pain , but the morning after I was like 95% better. I'm very "picky" when it comes to dentists, and I just booked an appointment due to the pain, but I couldn't be more satisfied. I also want to mention the receptionist, that was kind and helpful. Highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: I recently went there for scaling and polishing and also for a filling. The staff from the reception desk to the dentist chair were friendly and did their job well. I was consulted two dentists and them both were amazing. Throughout the procedures I was explained well. Looking forward for my next visit, since I don’t have any fears for dentists anymore!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Pro Dental Dublin for three years and I have found the team are always very professional friendly and reassuring.

Negative experience: I write this review with a bitter heart as both my husband and I were loyal patients of Pro Dental since 2020, despite the long distance to the clinic from our home. I had two crowns done there by Dr. Ricardo in 2021 and could not have been happier with the work and service. However, when I phoned last week to book a routine cleaning and filling, I was told my previous doctors were no longer working there. My husband also booked his check-up for the same day. When I arrived, there was a new doctor, Dr. Lais, whom I had never seen before. The attitude I was treated with was horrible. From the moment I shared my concerns about the filling, I was told I am grinding my teeth at night and would need a special cup to help with that. I am a regular dentist visitor and have been seen by 15 different doctors throughout my life and have never been told that. Then Dr. Lais proceeded to the cleaning, which lasted only five minutes and caused heavy bleeding from my gums. When I raised my concern, I was told, "It's ok." I hope this review is read by the clinic - THIS IS NOT OK. I have had multiple cleanings before with no complaints and no bleeding. I have healthy gums. When the actual filling work started, I was already bleeding due to the damage from the cleaning, and my mouth was torn by the fixator the doctor put in it. The doctor was non-stop speaking to their assistant in Portuguese, which is not nice as we are in Ireland and we expect English to be used from a professional services providers , and I was repeatedly told that my crown is causing damage to my bottom row of teeth and the special cup topic was mentioned again. I feel I was blamed for something I cannot really influence. The cleaning didn't include a rinsing part, and I will never use this service again with the same doctor. It has been three hours and I still have a bleeding gum. Furthermore, the overall environment and professionalism of the staff seemed to have significantly declined since my previous visits. The lack of care and attention to detail left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. When I shared this concern with my husband afterward he said he was told about grinding teeth at night and cup was advised as well!!! Are you for real, Pro Dental!!!??? The only 5-star experience was the lady at reception – she was very polite, welcoming, and brilliant as always, and I would like to highlight her exceptional professional skills. I hope that Pro Dental takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for their patients in the future.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this clinic for the following reasons: (1) I didn't get a proper evaluation and plan for my treatment. The dentist didn't told me that two of my teeth won't be have braces. (2) I only got a general revision not photography of my teeth before the process to followup properly my treatment. (3) Wrong brackets installation. The dentist didn't install all the braces at once. First month only upper teeth, after 4 months only part of the bottom teeth then I asked what happened with the rest he told me after but after 8 month only got brackest on the last molar of my bottom team never the two teeth. So I decided to go for second and third opinion after a year(too late) and both dentist told me that my teeth could have been fixed and they give me good information and asked for my photos that I never got so but they told me too late to fixed. This Pro Dental dentist wanted me to keep paying for partial braces and poor treatment. (4) I asked for an implant and the dentist told me he can install at the same time with the brackets and he is not an implantologist and it's completely wrong have two treatment at the same time and no brackets in all your teeth. So I asked him again for what I had left of my treatment and he didn't explain to me he always told me I need to see my mouth first. He did a misalignment on one of my upper teeth and I felt so bad for a day that I had to ask him to leave it as it was and take my braces off next appointment. I recommend to visit another clinic with good implantologist for implant and dentist that give you plan and proper evaluation. NO waste your time and money with them. They just want to keep charging for nothing every month. Bad dentist. If he had been a good dentist he would have installed all the brackets from the start and take photos and gave clear information of the progress of my treatment.

Negative experience: I give this rating because the atmosphere is very unprofessional. Every time I went to be attended to, other staff members would enter and ask irrelevant questions to the dentist treating me, as if they were going to lunch and such. Very unprofessional in that regard. It surprises me that mature and professional individuals have such unprofessional attitudes. It seems like they don't take their work seriously. At times, I got the impression that they wanted to rush through things.

Fantastic experience: Amazing professionals, I had to undergo a root canal treatment, and I was attended to by dentists Dr. Laís and Dr. Hailton. The anesthesia wasn't working because my tooth was quite inflamed. The doctor made sure to ensure I wasn't in pain to proceed with the treatment, being patient and smiling throughout the entire time. Both of them were very professional, making me feel super comfortable despite it being a delicate procedure. They explained every detail of what was being done and what I was paying for. In addition to being excellent dentists, Vanessa, the receptionist, provided me with full support through WhatsApp. I highly recommend Pro Dental.

Negative experience: I had orthodontic treatment (Braces) in this clinic by Dr Firmino I had issues with my teeth during the treatment I wasn't happy with them especially my bottom teeth my teeth were very flared which I made the dentist aware every dentist appointment he advised my teeth were straight, over 2 years of dentist appointments with this clinic I had my braces removed I had cleaning done after the brace was removed they left glue on every single tooth they only gave me a top retainer when I asked for top and bottom clear retainer I feel like your pushed a side in this clinic and once they receive your money your braces are due to come off, at times I felt like I was telling them how to do there job, I would not recommend this clinic as now after my braces have been removed I have to start the process all over again as my bite and bottom teeth are completely off the receptionist's are also quite rude I would not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I usually hate doing to the dentist but I am so impressed with this place! My cousin recommended here about two years ago and got a thorough plan made up for braces. I kept pushing off going back and my teeth had got quite bad. The dentist who did my cleaning was more thorough than any other dentist I’ve been to with the cleaning and information. I’m usually quite insecure about my teeth but I feel great now after getting them cleaned and my braces put back on. Dr. Firminio also welcomed me back and made me feel so at ease although I stopped going after starting treatment (life happens!) and went through my treatment plan again as well as options I had. I can’t wait to see what my teeth are like when I get them off!

Fantastic experience: I had great experiences with pro dental, from doing my braces, teeth cleaning and regular checkups. The team is amazing with an amazing receptionist and dentist, Mr Firmino. They always made me feel so comfortable and are always so professional with their work.

Negative experience: Literally horrible, it only seems to be me but for me they seem to mess up every little simple thing. A few months back they messed up the making of my retainers -such a simple job and i had to come back twice in the same day and I live pretty far. Not only did this happen once, but twice! I had a new retainer made today. Retainers are meant to fit onto the mould of your teeth after braces easily and painlessly…not mould your teeth for you like braces?? I felt like I was getting my braces tightened all over again. I tried on a pair they made for me today and it was very sore and extremely tight and I could barely take them off. I requested to be seen and then they insisted they were perfect. Now I am at home, and I can barely take them off and I’m in so much pain. Another thing, I was in to get an implant, which I got, and then I was told, “oh you don’t need retainers until next week”. Keep in mind I had my braces previously removed 3 months…without retainers for a week they will OBVIOUSLY move…it’s such an obvious thing. Then the next morning I was told to come back in asap for new retainers AFTER I was told I’d be ok for a week. This is a HUGE inconvenience as I work full time and I do not have time to spend on other peoples mistakes. This place also seems to have a lack of communication, I was scheduled to come in for an impression and they start continuing on with my implant (practically starting another surgery without my notice). This would’ve been perfectly ok if I was told what I was booked in for.

In my last visit, Dr. Firmino gave me a in depth overview of my teeth health, did the hygiene and I couldn't recommend the clinic enough. I feel safe in their hands and trust them to keep my smile clean and shiny.

Negative experience: Never ever again… Very poor job …I spend in this clinic 4,500 eur and at the end I need to find professional dentist who e will fix all those problems after implants and my denture which came out after 6 months,I can’t eat normally and even sleep because of some Dentists taking only money and don’t care about his job results.

The clinic is very clean and there is a lovely, helpful woman in reception. We will definitely be staying with this clinic in the future.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pro Dental, in particular Dr.Bruno. I started my journey of getting an implant and crown nearly 2 years ago and the reason it took so long was that it wasn't straightforward and had to be re done. This is where the after care and professionalism of Dr. Bruno became very apparent. He took his time and explained every step. He stated from the beginning there would be no extra charges for the re work. Sometimes things do go wrong but you need to be patient. I'm very happy with the final result thanks to Dr.Bruno.

Fantastic experience: I'm delighted with my experience from Pro Dental Clinic. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. My journey to a beautiful smile started one and a half years ago. On my first visit I met Dr Firmino who took a lot of time to explain the treatment and made sure that I understood everything and had no concerns. During the process I had to have one of my teeth removed and needed an implant. The extraction on the tooth was done by Dr Bruno and it was painless. Now the crown and implant is extremely comfortable. The whole process does require a few appointments but this was easy to arrange as the receptionist Stela is always friendly and delighted to deal with. Now my braces have been removed and my teeth look fantastic with the finishing touches from Dr Manuela and her amazing work on my front teeth, which now look like brand new. I couldn't be happier with the results. Pro Dental team provides excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs.
