Negative experience: Very bad experience

Fantastic experience: My 4-year-old son had his very first dentist visit here, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly kind, helpful, and considerate - they made him feel completely at ease. He actually giggled his way through the check-up and teeth cleaning! As for myself, I have been a patient here for several years and have always been thoroughly satisfied with the care and service. The staff provide great advice, are always supportive, and take a very thorough approach. Highly recommended for both adults and kids!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic dental practice. I’ve attended three times in the last few months and the staff are always so accommodating, friendly and efficient! Dr Cunningham talks you through every appointment and is very pleasant. The reception staff are so helpful and polite. You are in and out in what feels like no time. Nothing to fear about a trip to the dentist here!

Fantastic experience: I am going to Roscam Family Dental Practice for years, the girls at reception are so friendly and welcoming when you walk in for your appointment. I am a very anxious person and l used to be afraid of going to the Dentist but all that has reduced for me as Dr. Neysan Chah has helped me to relax and get the work that's needed done, and l always call back for my 6 months check up as it helps with long-term issues. I also go to Dr. Chah for orofacial pain. My pain very so bad it was hard to deal with but now my pain has reduced thanks to Dr. Chah for not giving up on me and straight away he knew what was causing it and put me on the right road. I am forever grateful as my life has got so much better with less pain. I would highly recommend this place. Linda.

Fantastic experience: I bring three of my children to Daniel at Roscam Dental (age 9,7 &5). They are an absolutely fabulous team with the kids. The kids developed confidence in Daniel after only the first visit. He is very professional, talks to them, involves them, breaks down the issues for them to understand, keeps it simple, takes a step by step approach with them, is very quick with his treatments, doesn't push it or do too much to scare them. We have been unfortunate in our house in that, despite my best efforts with oral hygiene, the kids have needed dental input. I was at a complete loss until Daniel was recommended by a friend. The boys (now age 7&5) had got to the point where they actually would refuse to get in the car for me to bring them to the dentist. On two occasions the 5 year old ran out of a dentist waiting room refusing to go back in. His big brother managed to convince him that Daniel was really nice so I finally got him checked over as he is complaining of pain. Daniel approaches treatment with a simple plan to help build their trust and he has good intuition as to what dental work the child will be able for. It's hard as a mum not to feel bad/guilty when young children need extractions and fillings, they don't always let me brush their teeth properly and kids are exposed to sugar absolutely everywhere these days, but after a few trips to Daniel, they were so much better at keeping to twice a day routine and timing the brushing. He was able to get through to them in only a few sentences. I had brought them to 2 different dentists prior to finding Daniel but no one was really willing to do anything with the children and kept referring me to the specialist paediatric dentists who have waiting list of 1 year or more. One of the dentists wouldn't even clean their teeth for me, I won't name the practise but I was very surprised by this. So, I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel and the team at Roscam family dental. Highly recommend them for young kids.

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience at Roscam Dental Practice with Dr. Cunningham. I was in significant pain and had a fear of dentists, but he was incredibly kind and understanding. He quickly identified the source of my pain and developed a clear treatment plan. Despite it being a busy Friday, they managed to fit me in within just a few hours, which I greatly appreciated. The entire team were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would . I can not recommend more . From meeting Amy when arriving to speaking to Dr Chah during my appointment. You are set at ease immediately by the team . So welcoming and friendly. I had an appointment with Dr Chah about tmj/jaw pains ,headaches and some issues I was having .I have never felt so heard and listened to by a Dr before . Dr Chah truely listens . I had a thorough examination which was relaxed and positive. Everything was explained to me in detail after taking a history from me and examining me . We then spoke about treatment options . You can tell that the team really care here .this is not just another Dr pacifying people for the sake of it .I wish I had contacted earlier . ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved so I was looking for a new dentist in Galway. I am so lucky to have found Dr.Daniel. Him and the lovely dental nurse working with him put me at such ease. It was my first time leaving the dentist after a filling not crying… I am so nervous of the dentist but my experience has definitely made me less fearful for future appointments. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Roscam Dental Practice. They staff are amazing and so caring. We have a teenager with a severe illness that resulted in a lot of dental work needing done. They also have always been extremely nervous dental patient and usually needs to be sedated for dental appointments. However Dr. Cunnigham was able to put our child at ease and showed real empathy and understanding to our child who is already facing so much due to illness, it totally changed our child's perspective on dental appointments. Which really helped us as parents because it felt like it was then somthing we didnt have to stress about, as we already have so much to worry about at the moment while our child goes through treatment for their illness. Amy in reception, couldn't do enough for us and has always been so kind and friendly. It really is a fantastic practice and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently began my treatment at Roscam Family Dental Practice and although I was initially nervous due to past experiences, the team quickly put me at ease. Dr. Cunningham and Aoibhe, the dental nurse were exceptionally patient and attentive throughout the process. Amy at reception was also so lovely, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the spotless bathroom, which reflects their high standards of care. I’m genuinely happy with the level of care I’ve received and am actually looking forward to my next visit!!

Negative experience: I was there 6 months ago and I had infection one of my teeth they gave me antibiotics then I called today to see can I get prescriptions for infection same teeth was the problem but they said u have to come in to pay 75€. For what and why I have to pay 75€ good questions .

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband have been going to Dr. Chah for our bi annual check and cleaning and have always had a great experience. Convenient appointment times that fit our work schedules and Dr. Chah is always patient in explaining everything. Also very reliable in addressing my concerns especially when I became pregnant and had issues with my teeth and gums. Was able to get urgent appointments when needed and even had Dr Chah accommodate me when I had an urgent concern where he checked my teeth for free just to make sure everything is ok. Everyone in the practice is very friendly and accommodating from the receptionist, to the assistant, to the dentist themselves. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
