Positive experience: Very calm and quiet clinic with soothing music being played on the TV with beautiful locations as background. The staff are diverse and multilingual which helps the patients. They remind us about the appointment through messages and calls. It's a welcoming and responsible clinic.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would, Orthodonics was ok. Was told I needed 4 CROWNS on my lower molars, impacted wisdom teeth removed & the molar beside the wisdom tooth. Today I have been told by two different dentists that I require NO crowns!! I have also been told my molar beside the wisdom tooth does NOT need to be removed & worst of all if I had the impacted wisdom teeth removed I would be risking breaking my jaw during removal & I would never feel the left side of my face again due to the nerve damage it would’ve caused removing them. Absolute Joke of a dentist. I never realised how bad they were until I started to see the normal dentist after braces removal. I could’ve been left with no feeling in one side of my face and a mouth full of crowns from what Dr. Serag Al Saraf suggested that I had done only for I knew something was not right. Avoid if you care about your teeth please!!

Negative experience: This is one of the worst medical practices we have ever encountered. If you are thinking of using them just go through the negative reviews and read the replies from the ‘owner’ The passive aggressive attitude can be seen through the replies. We went to a consultation to get a plan and price for a very big job on my son. Costing 1000’s We agreed the price and started the treatment. On the first visit the dentist was extremely rough and had no bed side manner. Letting my son to leave the surgery with no gauze/tissues to catch the blood for the journey home. There was a lot of blood. Sent him home with no painkillers, we had to go to DDoc to get sufficient painkillers that night. Paracetamol was not going to work on pain after 4 implants ‍♀️ I was very reluctant to go back but my son wanted to just get it over with. The morning of the next appointment he woke up with mouth ulcers so I called to reschedule to be spoken to in the rudest manner by one of the 2 receptionist (how these 2 people have a job front of house is baffling ) We have gone to another dentist who has told us that some of the work Crystals told us needed doing is absolutely not necessary. We had to make 9 phone calls to get the medical records. I have proof of every single thing on this review if anyone is thinking of going here I can provide anything required. They have lost out on 1000’s and we have found a far more superior dentist. I look forward to the passive aggressive reply to this!

Negative experience: Probably one of the worst dentists I have been to. Very cold and unwelcoming when you first go in. The dentist and the dental nurse spoke to each other in a different language which made me feel very uncomfortable. Then, the receptionist came in mid treatment began complaining about his manager to the dentist. He then proceeded to stand above my head and look into my mouth while the dentist said something in another language and he laughed.

Negative experience: Gave me one filling the first time I’ve ever visited , checked my medical card today an was charged for 2 filling a second one that was never done stay away from this place they don’t care about your teeth

Negative experience: I went in to get a filling replaced.. dentist's asked do I want the gap in my teeth closed and after years of being embarrassed by it I said yes.. he gave me two big teeth that didnt my fit my mouth. Way too big, I couldn't chew and he didn't even do the filling I needed. I spent the whole weekend hiding my mouth and crying over what he did. And I have pictures to prove it!!

Negative experience: WORST DENTIST I’VE EVER BEEN TO Any staff member that I’ve had any interaction with, down to the receptionists, have been very rude and uppity there, as well as lowkey racist. Very poor customer service. Even one of the nurses ripped the eye protective glasses off my face in a very aggressive manner when I went to get an xray done. I’ve never experienced that at any other practice. The dentist I dealt with was also very hostile and rude towards me throughout the consultation. She had a mean girl attitude on her. I’m sure most of the negative reviews are reflective of her patient “care” It honestly seems that medical card patients inflames their spirits or something. They also casually had patients’ details visible on a projector in the treatment rooms while I was there, which I’m 90% sure is a GDPR violation but who knows There’s many one star reviews for a reason. Even the way they respond to the one star reviews is very telling - unprofessional and hostile. At this stage, the 5* reviews look dubious to me. Avoid at all costs.

I have high anxiety with regards to the dentists in general - each time I left with a big smile on my face. No pain during any of the procedures. No complications after the treatment.Would recommend

Negative experience: I advise against going to the dentist there! They cheat with payments! For example, you agree on a sum of 150€ for a tooth extraction, and then at the end when you want to pay they tell you that you have to pay 240€ avoid this place they cheat!!!!!

I’ve had an extremely bad experience with Crystal Dental Clinic in Dublin—not just once, but twice, both times involving my wife’s dental issues. Their cleaning process is extremely uncomfortable, painful, and rough. The staff are rude and show no care for patient comfort. What’s even worse is their approach to treatment. They seem overly eager to remove teeth rather than provide proper care, and they take full advantage of the medical card by claiming the maximum limit. It feels like they prioritize profits over patient well-being. I would strongly advise against going here if you value your teeth and want a professional, ethical dental service. Never again!

Fantastic experience: Two months ago I had my wisdom tooth removed. It was suggested to have it surgically removed. After the X-ray, the dentist was able to remove it without resorting to surgery. Today, I also had another tooth removed. It was a little complicated, but the doctor removed it smoothly and professionally. He also removed my phobia of the dentist due to the great comfort, kindness, and precision in work. The cleanliness, calmness, and soothing music at the reception. His assistance is very nice. The receptionist chris was nice and helpfull . I cannot imagine myself visiting the dentist after Dr. Siraj. Many thanks to you. Writing is not enough to express what I mean. You should visit so that you understand what is meant.

Negative experience: Avoid! My tooth filling was done by the lady in this clinic. Job is awfull. Part of the tooth weren't covered properly and caries continued after 5 months. Material are the chippest one. Form of tooth filling is terrible. Just look at this job. The local doctor from my country told that even intern makes better job then this! The filling has been done in your clinic! Don't tell me that it is not your job and you don't have this meterial! It's ridiculos!

Fantastic experience: I was so uncomfortable with a broken tooth and rang Crystal Smile Clinic to see if they could fix it and they got me in very quickly when my own dentist I have been going to since I had teeth, wouldn't. Not only did they offer me an appointment quickly but they made me feel so comfortable whilst being there (Reception & Dentists) the procedure was pain free which was a bonus. I will be returning here instead of my previous dental practice in future. Five stars, Easily.

Have just had two root canals and fillings by Dr Serag Al Sarafz ,absolutely amazing very gentle and I was put completely at ease , also extremely approachable about any issues or concerns. Also have a very clear plan around dental health going forward. The reception staff and hygienist was also very friendly and accommodating. Negative experience: do not recommend, went for severe pain in my tooth, dentist didnt even look in my mouth just did an xray and told me i needed a root canal, when i said i would rather it be pulled as it was a back tooth he was really dismissive. gave me an antibiotic for a few days and the pain went ended up in excruciating pain less than 2 weeks later rang and asked for another antibiotic he refused to give me one. i ended up in a&e with an absess the infection went into my sinuses. avoid this place, wish i had of read reviews before i went just saw another review with the same thing happen to her.

Negative experience: Had an appointment the 13th of January , when I arrived the receptionist and ‘dentist’ were sitting behind the counter laughing at videos on their phones and talking in a different language , very intimidating and awkward , then I was called in and the ‘dentist’ took pictures of my teeth on a phone and sent me for scans .. I paid €90 and was told the orthodontist would contact me but I still haven’t been. I wouldn’t go back regardless , very unprofessional environment

Went to get an extraction which my medical card covers and was made to pay €100 anyway because it was ‘too difficult’ despite the dentist himself saying in the beginning it’s covered by medical card. Negative experience: Stay clear of this dentist if that’s what they want to call themselves. I went in with a hole in my tooth and severe pain and sensitivity. He told me I needed a root canal treatment I said I didn’t have the money to just pull it out it was a back tooth. He refused to pull it out and said it wasn’t that expensive and worth the money to save my tooth cause I’m still young (I’m 35). I ended up in Tallaght hospital with an abscess that traveled to my sinuses and near my eye and brain, the doctor said I caught it just in time cause it’s just about putting pressure on my brain. I was very ill and put on iv antibiotics, painkillers and fluids. All this and he could have just pulled the tooth out and saved all this but only cares about the money not his patients. I will be going further about this. Disgraceful

Positive experience: My experience was good, didn’t have to wait too long for a dentist to get to me in the reception. My only complaint which is very mild is that I wasn’t given a price for a lot of the things I asked for I wanted to do a monthly payment for my braces and they only ran threw the total amount which is 1200euros but I insisted I wanted to pay monthly for my braces and still haven’t heard from them back on how much I pay, and the date to get the braces are very soon and I’m getting worried cause I am unaware how anything works and how the payment or how much I actually pay on that day for the monthly payments.

Negative experience: Brought my 12 year old daughter here two weeks ago and told she had 6 decaying teeth and NEEDED braces. Firstly she doesn't NEED braces, they're a choice as they're cosmetic. I went and got a second opinion, they looked at every tooth and did an x-ray. My daughter hasn't a single cavity in any of her teeth. Crystal smiles you should be ashamed of yourselves. I was trying to get a loan an all to pay the 600 euro you tried to scam me out of. I'm so glad I trusted my gut. I'll be spreading the word about you far and wide. Negative experience: I was here with my daughter who was getting braces. When we went to another dentist we found out Dr. Karen Yaghi was putting a substance on my daughter's two front teeth and did not pull it out correctly which damaged her enamel. This resulted in her receiving two fillings and decay. I am unhappy with the service and the unprofessional behaviour.
