Fantastic experience: I've been attending this practice for years now and it remains a top class facility. Exceptional care, friendly staff, and modern facilities. The team are approachable and professional, particularly Sinead on the front desk, and patient comfort and satisfaction is clearly a priority. Highly recommended for anyone seeking dental care in Enfield.

Negative experience: I went to The James Clinic to make a tooth cleaning and I was surprised with the price. Before I went, I asked the price, and the receptionist told me that will be 15€. She only asked me if I work, and I told her yes. After the treatment, I was surprised with the price. Instead of 15€ they asked me for 115€. They only informed me after the treatment that my situation was pending for the Social Security. I called them, and they informed me that I don't have enough discounts to get the benefit. I am really disappointed with the way the clinic informed me about this situation.

Negative experience: I went there three times and there are always different dentists. I suppose high turnover is already a bad sign. They offered me many super costly operations but never recommended to change my filling which fell out a few weeks after my yearly appointment.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my last appointment with Dr. Hermela and I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth and new smile turned out. We had several appointments and consultations to make sure I was happy with what I wanted. It was super easy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A very good experience, and she told her little sister that if she ever goes to the dentist she hopes she gets looked after by you,because you're so lovely! Fantastic experience: Dr. Yinka has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. I was very conscious of my teeth but also terrified of going to the dentist. I felt like I was listened to and Dr. Yinka was incredibly patient with me! I couldn’t be happier with the results of my treatment and can’t thank Dr. Yinka enough for this. Fantastic experience: Today, I received dental treatment from Dr. Yinka and his assistant. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warm smiles and competence. Dr. Yinka's expertise and professionalism put me at ease. He thoroughly explained the crown procedure and answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr Sarah Mangan & could not recommend her enough. Sarah is always making sure I am comfortable and talks me through each process. I had Invisalign and bondings done, the transformation and care is 10/10.

Negative experience: My husband is sporting somebody's tooth. After three months of waiting for the crown (top of implant) which was ordered from lab in Englad but changed directions and with next phone call was now coming from Portugal. During that time somehow the tooth grown and changed colour. Now is sticking up, proudly visible in mouth. Not anatomically correct not even resembling tooth on the other side. The size of it was so big that it has to be grinded for my husband to be able to clouse the teeth together.(!) And that unfortunate crown cost wooping 600 euro on top of cost of implant itself.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Dr. Yinka three times, and every visit has been a great experience. He’s very gentle—honestly, I barely felt any pain. My last appointment lasted just under three hours, and in that time, he rebuilt six of my teeth. They look so natural that I finally feel comfortable smiling again. He’s always kind, professional, and in a good mood. I don’t usually write reviews, but I genuinely recommend him as a great dentist.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a very bad experience last year, I went for a check up was told I needed almost €2000 worth of procedures done thankfully checked by 2 different dentists and turned out I didn’t need one of the procedures recommended. Whilst going back to a different dentist at the James clinic I got two old black fillings removed and replaced with white ones and I’ve unfortunately had nothing but issues whilst unsightly the black fillings did not give me any issues for 10 years. Only thing I can recommend is the root canal specialist over in the Kilcock clinic she was fantastic and ended up doing a filling for me and was very shocked I had been told the work I needed to be done when she saw no evidence for it. After almost 8 weeks of back and forth I just couldn’t bring myself to go back and have now to find a new dentist clinic to repair the damage they’ve done after spending almost €500 between the fillings disaster and paying extra for the root canal specialist which i didn’t not need to begin with! Very disappointing and inconsistent care for the prices they charge

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t recommend Dr Yinka highly enough! A few months ago, he made a crown for me, and his professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. I went back to him today, and once again, he was absolutely brilliant. I asked him for a favour to clean my tooth, as I wasn’t able to make it when the hygienist was taking patients, and he had no problem at all accommodating me. He’s not only highly skilled but also kind and considerate. If you’re looking for a top-class dentist, Dr Yinka is the one to go to!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Sarah Mangan for 10 months to get Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding done. During my visits I always felt comfortable and had complete trust in Dr Mangan. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and I’m really pleased with the results.

Negative experience: I visited a few weeks ago and had a filling as cold was hurting my tooth. I booked with Dr Sarah Mangan. I was told it was deep and would be sensitive for a few weeks. Its now to the point where I cannot use that side of my mouth due to the constant pain from that botched filling which is bumpy on my tooth. When I contacted they were happy to give me an appointment but I have to pay for them to fix the issue they caused. After initally paying €205 for one filling and not even a proper reciept for my insurance they want more money. Avoid if possible!!

Negative experience: I been a month ago due to routine check-in of my teeth's. Dr.Ynka said to me that I have one filling on my back teeth, which should be repaired. I didn't have any pain or discomfort, and even after XRay said everything, OK, he still insisted on doing new job of these teeth. My biggest mistake was that I trusted him and back after a while when he did a new filling of my teeth. So, guys, since this day, I feel absolutely discomfort as every bite of food stays between my back teeth's obviously because after the new filling, Dr Ynka left some big gap(no any idea why he did this). I paid €140 to destroy my old, very well-made teeth with this new one. Never back again, as this clinic simply is more concerned about doing the money than to be honest and professional with the patience coming there. If you want to avoid any disappointment, simply go to somebody else, even some small dentist practice where you still can find genuine dental care...

Fantastic experience: Today, Dr Yinka fitted a crown to my broken tooth. He is an exceptional dentist. I received world class care and attention at The James Clinic today, from my first interaction with the team at reception, to the surgery where Dr Yinka and his wonderful assistant took great care to ensure that I could continue to smile broadly for years to come! I noticed that James himself was in attendance, to lead and support his team in the provision of exemplary professional dentistry. Well done to all of you! I look forward to my next visit.

Negative experience: Giving this a no star review, travelled a long way for my appointment today, was left waiting for 45 minutes to be seen by a dentist. A lot of people came in after me and were called in to be seen ahead of me. Very disappointed with they way I was treated. I would not recommend this dentist in Enfield.

Negative experience: I've not been to dentist for a while as I fear them and Covid. Sadly I chipped my front lower tooth at the back side and had to go after sinus cleared. Called in morning was in after lunch - really fast. Wrote I had anxiety on form with prior bad experiences elsewhere, told them when I walked into room before sitting in chair and then it went all down hill. Wish there were arms on chairs so I could have grabbed something. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the dentist didn't tell me anything before doing it, only after as I was sitting up ready to RUN out of place. I expected to just have the sharp edge slightly filed down and that didn't happen. I was given numbing and there was no talk about this is issue here are your options or here is what we can do and how much it would could with pros and cons. €150 for 20 minutes of white knuckling and no idea what's going on. This is a reason I hate dentists. Only reason for 2nd star was because it seemed clean and speed of appointment getting - no 2 weeks wait but wish I had waited for a different clinic

Fantastic experience: The most amazing team of people. I had very bad pain at the start of the week and got an appointment straight away, everyone in Enfield was so kind and made me feel so at ease. I got an appointment for a wisdom tooth removal for only 4 days later with Dr. Rassoul in Kilcock who was so kind and although I was very nervous he made the procedure so simple and completely pain free. The dental nurse Laura was absolutely amazing too and both made me feel so calm. All of the staff are so welcoming and especially the manager Deirdre who was a great help in getting me an appointment as soon as she could. 10/10 service!

Fantastic experience: Hadn't been at the dentist for along time due to having a fear of been on the dentist chair.but I went back today to get my teeth cleaned abs I was met by the lovely girls on reception. Apologies for not getting names apart from Jade .I was then met by the lovely Siabh the hygienist, who was excellent and made me feel very relaxed and made sure I was comfortable at all times. It's the 1st time in years I wasn't nervous and I will be back for my 6 month check up.. thanks to the girls In Enfield.

Negative experience: Used this dentist, James clinic provided me a false quote . On day of procedure price to get work done changed completely. Went from 500 up to 900. I appreciate the cost of dentistry works but when a quote is provided it should be honoured.

Fantastic experience: A called this dental clinic the day before, and automatically had my appointment to remove a wisdom tooth. First thing the next morning, lady at the reception was extremely nice, the dentist and his assistant were awesome. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I have attended the clinic since opening . Well run but I have to say Jennifer the hygienist is excellent! I suffer with TMJ and she is so patient with me but also does an amazing job! Very precise and gives 100% each time . I don’t know what I would do if she left as she really ensured that I’m comfortable through the process. Great team and I’m sorry that I can’t remember the receptionist but she is so nice and efficient also!

Negative experience: I can't recommend this clinic because the dentist couldn't determine which tooth was filled and which wasn't. I came to the clinic because I had discomfort with one tooth (there was a small hole, which is why it needed to be filled). My dentist said that this tooth was already filled and there was no point in changing the filling. But this tooth wasn't filled, I had it done at another clinic.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Anastasia at James Clinic Enfield. Anastasia is a cosmetic dentist, who over the course of two appointments, completely transformed my smile and my confidence. I have had some crowding around the upper front teeth for as long as I can remember, and it was something that began to bother me a lot in my 30s since I am regularly in front of a camera for my work. Realising that I was not a good candidate for Invisalign, Melissa who is a dental hygienist at James Clinic in Ferbane (and who is also exceptional!) mentioned dental bonding as a way to balance the visual appearance of the teeth. I had never heard of this before, but it sounded very promising. After an initial consultation with Anastasia, who went through all the different cosmetic options available to me (including veneers), I opted for bonding of the 6 middle front teeth and just a month later I am thrilled with the outcome. Anastasia was reassuring throughout and overall very pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much to Anastasia and the entire team at James Clinic in Enfield and Ferbane! 10 out of 10! Karen (Tullamore)

Fantastic experience: I called into the James Clinic this morning, greeted by a very kind lady at reception who was extremely helpful. I had no appointment and had a consultation with Anastasia and Monica within15 minutes. These lady’s were so kind and patient with any question's I had. Was suggested I book in to see the hygenist and I was offered an appointment for later in the afternoon. I came back and seen Claire and again another wonderful lady who helped me feel calm and comfortable before she began the treatment. At the end of the treatment she answered any questions I had or concerns and kindly, patiently showed me exactly what to do at home. I was an absolute bag of nerves and emotions before I visited James Clinic this morning, being 5 months pregnant and worried to the core. This dental practice is what visiting a dentist is all about. They are an absolute amazing team , I’m not worrying about my next visit next month. I had a great experience , would highly recommend The James Clinic .

Fantastic experience: This review has been a long time coming. I got my braces off last year and have admired Dr James’s work everyday since. I couldn’t thank James, Farah, and the Reception team enough for their efforts and kindness. James exemplifies that dentistry/orthodontics is more than a science, it’s an art too, and his years of experience shines through his practice. The team at the James Clinic are overtly aware that they are working with a person rather than just another case, and every care was taken to make the experience as welcoming and painless as possible.

Negative experience: I was referred by my dentist to this clinic for my daughter to get extraction, as my normal dentist is booked months out, I was not made aware the did not accept medical card the took all details medical card number etc at first app was a check up was not charged so assumed all was fine , second app to get extraction still not made aware promised free ice cream for my daughter which was a lie was left waiting almost a hour late for her app to be seen and to be stopped and told 130 euro after all was done I was shocked never again bad practice needs to be more honest and upfront or have sign up to say or be told upfront how your business works and the two reception lady's had smirks on there face very unprofessional from start to finish

Negative experience: I spent a lot of money there getting multiple jobs done and overall, the quality of work has been very disappointing. 3 tips I had fitted to my upper front teeth had to be re-done almost immediately because they'd been poorly fitted and in the end they lasted only a few months before becoming detached completely and falling out. The treatment cost 225 euros. I've also just had a large filling fail after just over a year. The clinic decided to charge me to repair it which I wasn't happy about, given the amount of business I'd left them and the durability of some of their work. When I queried it I was told the dentist who carried out the original work no longer works there - I'm really not sure how this should make a difference, but it was said to me 3 or 4 times as some sort of defence. They appear to be saying that he did the work, and he's gone now, so it's not really our problem. Anyway, I suppose they're busy there at the moment so they don't have to care about customer retention. Like Comment

Negative experience: I had hoped for a positive experience at this dental clinic when choosing an orthodontic appliance for my daughter. Unfortunately, the final billing came as a surprise due to hidden costs that were not disclosed earlier. When I tried to clarify the situation, one of the receptionists was unprofessional and impolite, which left me greatly disappointed. Better communication and respect towards patients are clearly needed. Such behavior significantly affected my overall perception of the visit. I will think twice before considering this dental clinic again. It's particularly disheartening that my attempts to address the situation were met with such disregard, further exacerbating the entire ordeal.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I attended the James Clinic yesterday to have a tooth extracted. Being very nervous of dentists I was shaking with fear. My experience, I can only say, was second to none. Dr Seif Mohamed and the dental nurse put me completely at ease and it was a very easy experience (compared to what I thought it would be!!). Cannot say enough good about the staff in Enfield James Clinic, and in particular also Sinead on reception. Great place to visit.

Fantastic experience: I attended the James Clinic in Enfield for dental services and I cannot emphasise how professional and competent their staff were. I had an appointment with Dr. Heather Henry and I found her to be incredibly professional, competent, warm, friendly and caring. She is by far the best dentist I have come across, and would also say that the administrators and staff in general are among the best I’ve come across too. I could not recommend this clinic more, and if I ever need work done in the future, I will without a doubt be returning to James Clinic in Enfield!

Fantastic experience: Got an emergency appointment on Easter Saturday. So lucky to be seen by Dr Daniel. I was in a lot of pain but thanks to Daniel he sorted me out. Would recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience this morning at The James Clinic Enfield. They fit me in super fast for an appointement eventhough I had never been before. My permanent orthodontic retainer broke after 30 years and my original orthodontist has long since retired so I was in a bit of a pickle. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and even said I had lovely teeth (who doesnt love a compliment :-) Kate, the dentist I saw super fast, was so lovely, checked me out thoroughly and gave me a temporary solution until the orthodentist sees me. The clinic is pristine and so welcoming with all the most up-to-date technlogy, whitening and comforts. My husband also had a fantastic experience with The James Clinic and after just 7 or 8 months with braces, his teeth are perfect. I would highly recommend this place. Next job is to bring the kids ... :-)

Negative experience: Went with this dentist to get fixed braces. At my first appointment I was told I needed a wisdom extraction so I went ahead with that, then I had my scan to send to James for approval to see if I'm eligible for braces. I had my appointment for the braces to be fitted, got there signed the form to accept the risks of braces being accepted etc also a signature to agree to a payment plan, in the appointment DR James told me he will have my teeth lovely with braces, finished with composite bonding with him team after braces removal.(he told me this after he examined my mouth) He assured me he could help me once I got a filling on my front tooth, been made wait over 50 mins for my filling appointment to be told they couldn't do it that day!had to wait another 3 weeks for a filling appointment. So I waited and got my filling and weeks went by, I was calling and calling asking for an update for a date when they were being fitted. Always told the same thing oh you'll get a call back. So about 1 and half months went by and I rang again, to get a call back the next day (from the secetary)to tell me all of a sudden I need jaw surgery (€15000) I was quoted before he will fit braces. Have requested all my dental records , xrays, fillings, extractions and most importantly my signed document where I agreed to a payment plan and the fixture of braces (which I'm still waiting on) I finally thought I had a great dentist, looks like im on the hunt again. Won't be returning, you will be gaslightt by this dentist just to make you feel better in the practice, once your out of there its a totally different story. Very unprofessional

Negative experience: Highly disgusted after the experience yesterday evenin with my son he is now left traumatised by the whole experience took 2 xrays of his tooth said it wasnt clear did full mouth xray then had him numbed at this stage to take the tooth out no options given for a filling after ages cudnt fully get tooth out said last xray wasnt clear now have to go to dental surgeon in the morning to finish the job hes terrified clrarly i think the dentist haf no idea what he was doing def wont be recommending to anyone or ever b back disgraceful carry on no wonder people are afraid of the dentists plus not nice been able to hear what everyones bill is

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience in the Enfield clinic today with my 3 year old. Everyone pleasant and patient from reception to Dr. Heather our dentist. We loved our stickers and it was stress free so my little girl with happily go in again. Thank you!

Negative experience: Not very happy with this place at all. 100 euro for a check up and a clean? The website said 60 for a clean. Apparently it's now 70 for a clean. There are NO notices about the change in price within the practice. I complained and informed the unhappy receptionist via phone call afterwards that it's false advertising. "It's only a tenner" I was told. She told me I would receive a call back from the manager. Didn't happen. The dentist was also trying to sell me cosmetic repairs to my teeth, as if it was just a money shakedown. I never even got my teeth polished for that price? Just the scraping tool was used? Something tells me that after the phone call of complaint, the new prices went straight up onto the wall and the website was changed within the hour. Won't hurry back.

Negative experience: Booked a consultation and was basically told go to another dentist for some extractions ? Amd come back ? What sort of consultation was this absolutely furious, I know my teeth are bad but isn't this the reason I made the appointment in the first place absolutely ridiculous.

Negative experience: Really bad experience at this dentist. I have been here before and usually always left waiting slightly over appointment time but this time I was in for a quick check up as was under pressure and picked a quite time. I was left waiting a half hour only to get a txt a half hour later to say my appointment was at 2.30 [not true as had confirmation of the 2pm slot]. I understand that appointments can run behind but i was left sitting there. The 2 blond receptionists obviously could not care less as they looked at me like I had 4 heads when I asked very politely how long more it would take. It was completely obvious they messed my appointment time up and not an apology in sight. Really unprofessional and i will never EVER go back here

Negative experience: The dentistry at the James Clinic is absolutely fantastic. The team of dentists are friendly, professional and do a great job. However, it is the staff at the reception who let the place down. The majority of the time, the clinic is overbooked. On one occasion I had to wait an hour to be attended and on another occasion I had to wait 40 minutes. The constant laughing and chatting behind the reception desk is very unprofessional. On my last visit I was standing at the counter waiting to check in and nobody behind the desk noticed me because they were too busy chatting and giggling. The blonde woman at the reception also made me feel very uncomfortable as she suggested that I would not be able to pay my outstanding fee when it was due. She made a point of putting a "note" on my account to notify all the staff that I need to pay in full before the deadline. I found this very embarrassing and humiliating as the clinic waiting room was full of people who could hear everything. I am disappointed at the reception staff as I am paying a large amount of money for my teeth and I feel like they need to do better and be more professional with the clients. The reception staff really, really let such an amazing team of dentists down.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Dr. Valerie, Paula and the staff in the The James Clinic, Enfield! I have just finished my treatment which involved icon treatment and composite bonding and to say I’m delighted with my new smile is an understatement! Valerie was very professional and ensured I got exactly what I wanted. She was very accommodating and made sure I was at ease throughout the process! Fantastic experience: Going to the James Clinic is the best dentistry experience I have ever had. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming. I was treated by Eilish, one of the Dental Hygienists who is incredible at her job and made the entire process from start to finish easy and comfortable. Eilish was so informative and explained to me so clearly what I needed to do to ensure good oral hygiene.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dentistry with such friendly staff from the reception to the hygienists and dentists. I was terrified of the dentist for years but they put me right at ease and talked me through my treatment plan. They also listened to me with my concerns and my conditions that have affected my oral health in the past. I couldn’t recommend them more. Me after a few treatments I actually don’t feel the need to cover my mouth now when smiling or laughing.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my visit to the hygienist at the James clinic & I was seen by Jillian . Jillian could not do enough to make sure I was comfortable and felt relaxed for my procedure. After my procedure she explained what I need to do in order to continue to maintain healthy teeth & gums. I have full confidence in this young lady and will definitely be returning for follow up appointments to her. Thank you Jillian

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a dentist I’d look no further than James clinic, from the minute you arrive you’re greeted with smiley friendly staff. I can’t thank Dr. Zara enough for her perfection and her friendly smile that never made me dread my appointments. From getting two wisdom teeth taken out to upper composite bonding, Zara made me feel safe, comfortable and at ease every time. Thank you to not only Zara but also Aisling her dental nurse that was with her for every appointment and for her honest opinion. Thank you so much Zara for giving me my perfect smile.

Negative experience: I have to say I am very disappointed with the way I was treated on my first ever visit to the James dental clinic - Enfield. After waiting for 50 min past the appointment time, I was ushered in to see ( I would like to say a dentist but as I found out after it was not) someone that didn't introduce themselves or stated what their position was .The man asked me why I am there and continued to speak , not allowing me to say anything. He asked me to sit in the chair for a check up and proceeded to check my teeth in an extremely quick manner , shouting numbers at the nurse. At the end I managed to say I think I have a cavity as I am sore , but he interrupted me and told me there is a filling there and nothing wrong and if I want to see a dentist I should make an appointment. ( I thought I was seeing a dentist)?!?!? He wouldn't listen and rushed me out of the cabinet. All in all the appointment was less then 5 min , left me completely bewildered as to what happened. Needless to say will never go back there.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend James Clinic called this morning for an emergency appointment and was treated so kindly and professionally from the moment I made the call to the time I walked into the beautiful spotless clinic. Two lovely helpful girls on the desk, Chloe the pleasant and kind Dental nurse called me nearly immediately and the dentist who actually did my emergency extraction talked me through the whole process, and was so kind and professional. I have been a patient of another clinic nearby for years and the lost a patient this morning. I will be going nó where other then James clinic in the future. Well done to all the team in there a very impressive operation.
