Negative experience: I do not recommend at all. Unfortunately, what is this? Are they really dentists? The prices are very high. I had to go to another doctor after a week of treatment for the same tooth. Even the clinic's rating of 2.8 should be 00000

Negative experience: AVOID!!! This place is unorganised, unprofessional, and unsanitary. I used to get my braces done here because I heard of the 'cheap' prices, but the time and money wasted here wasn't worth it, I've moved on to a different clinic which is way more professional. When I first got my braces installed here at the start of 2023, I was told I'll have to pay 70-80 euro for tightening each month, however the initial orthodontist I started off with left within 3 months. Then I went through another dentist here who changed my price from 80 to 95 without informing me why, but she left after a month . Then, again, a new dentist who increased my payment from 95 to 100 because she said her work was more professional, and that apparently the last dentist who I only had ONCE was bad at doing braces hence the payment increase, however I've seen that orthodontist who increased my payment to a 100 only a handful of times and each month was always a different dentist. Often I had this one dentist who would work by herself, she was lovely, however, there was no support for her and there was always a massive queue to get your braces tightened so you'd have to wait 1-2 hours from your initial appointment. They would overbook appointments and the waiting room was always crowded. Another thing that I've experienced here is that there was this one specific receptionist who worked here, she would always book me in for days when the orthodontists weren't in, and I'd travel over an hour by bus just to arrive and be told that the dentist aren't in today, so I'd waste another hour travelling home because she wouldn't bother calling my number to inform me to change my booking. Thankfully she's gone now, but this place is still disgraceful with booking times, and changing your time without your knowledge or consent on the last second. Lots of time and money wasted, save yourself the hassle and don't go here. This place needs to be shut down. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.

Fantastic experience: An exceptional place for both dental and GP care! Dr. Aliwi is an outstanding dentist—his empathy, attention to detail, and the quality of his work are truly remarkable. He placed an implant for me that has been perfect from the very start, with no issues at all. Every time I’ve visited, he has taken the time to check on it, ensuring it’s in great condition, and has even recommended excellent aftercare products that have been very helpful. His passion for his profession and genuine care for his patients make a significant difference. I’m incredibly grateful to have him taking care of my dental health. Dr. Svetlana, as a GP, is equally exceptional. She provides thoughtful advice, demonstrates incredible empathy, and is always a pleasure to speak with. Her professionalism and care are unmatched. I also want to highlight the excellent work of the reception team, especially Anna, and all the rest staff, who are always welcoming and efficient in booking the most suitable time. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking top-tier medical and dental care!

Negative experience: Avoid avoid avoid, please anyone who's looking for dental work, read these reviews, this so called clinc is only scammers, I got my sons braces here, paid down €1000, then supposed to be €100 every month to tighten, everytime we'd go in to get tightened, they'd always find a loose stud or two, and want more money to fix there issues. They will give appointments and call you the morning of your appointment to change times, absolutely disgraceful clinic. There so called dentist only come to Ireland for 1 week every month, basically taking people's hard earned and going back to there own countries. This is an honest review from experience. I paid a different dentist €400 to take off the braces, which actually came off in he's hand without any tools, we are now with a different dentist which we should have going with the first time. These so called dentist only want your money and are not interested in your teeth or dental work. Stay away is my advice!!

Negative experience: Our experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. We brought our 6-year-old for his first dental visit, hoping for both proper treatment and a positive, non-traumatic experience. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. The treatment was unprofessional, leading to an infection, an abscess, and severe pain. During an urgent appointment, we waited over an hour, only for the dentist, Dr. Maya, to scare my child by saying the procedure would be painful. Naturally, he started crying and refused to open his mouth. Instead of helping, we were asked to leave. When we tried again, the doctor simply walked out, saying she was late for her train. We received no care for the acute pain, and now my child is afraid of dentists. The clinic’s administration shows no concern for the quality of care or their staff’s professionalism. I cannot recommend this clinic for children.

Так як я був тут вперше, мені потрібно було заповнити деякі документи, після цього я очікував своїй черги, яка до мене так і не дійшла. Я чекав до 13:10 і за цей час мого очікування, ніхто мені жодного разу не сказав скільки мені потрібно ще чекати. І після години очікування я вирішив покинути цю клініку, тому що я вважаю, що таке ставлення до своїх клієнтів є неповагою!! І коли я пішов до виходу і сказав адміністратору «дякую, допобачення» на що вона мені з посмішкою відповіла «допобачення»!!! Я не раджу відвідувати це місце всім людям, бо тут до вас будуть ставитись навіть гірше ніж до тварин.

I went in for an extraction and came out worst than before, First my appointment was changed 3 times in the one day for ‘delays’ yet when I came in no one was busy? I was charged more than was told. She possesses the highest professional qualifications and demonstrates a caring approach to every patient. From the first moments of our interaction, you can feel her dedication and genuine desire to help. She always explains the treatment plan in detail, answers all questions, and does everything possible to make the dental visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Maya's office is equipped with modern technology, allowing procedures to be quick and painless. Negative experience: AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!! This is a money maker!! My child had her braces on for nearly 4 years after we were told maybe 6 months. The lengths they go to to make extra money off you is shocking. Paid for a scrape n clean brackets to be fixed last month and a half arsed job was done didn’t fix all the brackets because apparently he didn’t have enough time but still charged me for the work that was never done. So today I demanded the braces taken off which they did and the absolute state of the child’s teeth. Still an over bite nearly 4 yrs on and glue still stuck to her teeth. Don’t waste your money or time going to this cowboy (Dr Gabriel) absolute disgrace. N yes I walked out today and didn’t pay! Take it from last months payment when you charged me €270 and didn’t do the work. Disgusting and his manner is vile. STAY AWAY!!!!! I will be reporting you I will definitely be going further. You’re not helping anyone’s teeth you’re making them worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Negative experience: It's the worst clinic ever! Even if you paid your money and something goes wrong (because of the poor doctor's skills), they will charge more money for their mistakes(to fix it!)! Avoid it. Btw, the first clinic ever where I've seen dust in the air in the dentist's 'STERILE' room! Not to mention a dental scan for 65 euros, which the doctor looks at for 3 seconds, and the nurse leaves the office(dental scan is in the building across the street) in a sterile dressing gown and then returns to the same 'sterile' room in the same cloths.

Negative experience: Got very disappointed by the appointment with orthodontist dr Esselina yesterday.Got appointed for 11am for my daughters braces.We were called by nurse and she mentioned that doctor will be here at 2pm and that we have to do an xray at 2pm. We came back and did the x-ray,but dr still not here.The girl at reception did not care about us,no apologies.She said dr won’t be in today.Another fellow came for tightening his braces and this was canceled for him too. Thanks to Julia who contacted dr Esselina. Eventually dr shown up at 3pm.Our appointment took 5 min,the quote we ve got was higher than our previous quote. We been charged 65euros for the xray and lost full day waiting… The appointment should be canceled in the morning if doctor has an emergency Orthodontic service in this clinic is a SCAM. I wish I read reviews before we went there. Heard good feedbacks about dental treatments with Ukrainian dentist. Julia,the secretary on the phone is great to communicate with.

Negative experience: Rather disorganised for a professional clinic with plenty of time to lose simply loitering around; I work in healthcare and I would not want to treat my patients like this - I didn’t feel valued or cared for and I hope they raise their standards significantly or allow other more capable individuals to care for the public.

The support staff was always helpful and accommodating, ensuring every visit was comfortable. The real triumph, however, was seeing the incredible results. My braces journey has ended, but my beautiful smile is here to stay, boosting my confidence more than I could have imagined. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Esselina and everyone at “brilliant Smile”for not just transforming my smile, but enhancing my life. For anyone considering braces, especially those with complex cases, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: I got my braces done back in September and so far 4 had fallen off and never mind paying a €100 charge for every tightening I have to pay €20 for every time your braces falls off I had three falling off because of them not being dont properly and when I got asked how did the break I said “I don’t know I was just drinking water” because that’s how they broke and the dentists ignored it and said it isn’t possible 3 of my braces broke so I had to pay an extra 60 euro for every piece and the 100 euro so my total came up to 160 euro which is not what any of us want to pay.I had an appointment at 3:45 another lady had hers at 4:15 and she got let in infront of me and I had to wait an hour to get into the dentist.Instead of focusing on the work your given instead your doctor will sing songs.They have no respect and they don’t care how u feel in the chair he pulls your cheeks as far as he can without asking u if you’re ok and even tho it hurts a lot the doctor doesn’t really care.One of my bite blocks is missing aswell and the dentist would obviously say it is my fault.highly am not recommending this clinic because the service will give u no good.it’s a big rip off.you’re money will be gone by the end of ur treatment

Negative experience: !!AVOID!! You may be enticed by the lower than average prices for braces treatments especially but it’s seriously not worth the grief. I spent 3 years here getting treated by dr Roseanne. She was always professional and my teeth are straightened after having an overbite and a gap in my front teeth. HOWEVER if you care anything about your sanity I don’t recommend this place at all.From my first consultation they have been double booking patients, many times I’ve waited over an hour sometimes up to an hour and a half just to get my braces tightened. I’ve seen a few receptionists through the years in the practice but the receptionist they have now is insanely incompetent. There was a time I requested my Med2 forms the day BEFORE my appointment and still I was left waiting an hour after my tightening for my forms while the receptionist complained about it to her boss for the entire time. She has no sense of customer service, takes 0 pride in her work, as well as being negligent. And trust me when you’ve been waiting an hour for your appointment in a crowded reception with 15 other people a smile and some assurance could go a long way. All in all I’m happy to be done with my treatment. I'd love to see this place improve as I reckon with a few changes it could actually be a functional dental practice, however as it stands you’re far better off forking out the few extra quid somewhere else for your own peace of mind and finding a place that respects you and your time as a patient considering you’re the one who keeps their lights on at the end of the day.

My Doctor told me I need only 4 months for my braces to be removed, after a year and so every time he’s telling me the same thing ( you need four months ). He broke some of the braces through tightening and blamed them for me so that I pay extra money. Save your time and money and DON’T go to them.

Negative experience: Ужасная клиника!!!!! Ужасное отношение к клиентам и работе!!!! Максимально не советую эту клинику!!! Мой муж хотел поставить брекеты, и я нашла объявление этой клиники в Фейсбуке и решила записать его на консультацию. 27.05.2023 Консультацию провели ужасно (просто посмотрели на зубы и сказали что они кривые и нужно ставить брекеты) После чего записали на установку брекетов на 01.06.2023 И 01.06 утром сообщили что врач попал в больницу и не сможет принять в этот день и попросили перенести на 07.06. 07.06 доктор Андрее сделала чистку и установку брекетов (весь процесс чистки и установки занял минут 15) и муж заплатил 300 евро за установку верхних брекетов и 80 евро за чистку. По дороге домой мы заметили что чистка выполнена УЖАСНО!!! И брекеты с левой стороны уже отклеились (приклепила фото спустя час после процедуры, муж ещё даже ничего не ел и не чистил зубы) Я написала и попросила чтобы приняли и переделали чистку и подклеили брекет. Записали на 08.06. и по приезду мы 2 часа выясняли кто же сделает эту чистку и подклейку брекета, через 2 часа сделали чистку, но брекет никто не подклеил, все ортодонты были слишком заняты. Мужу предложили чтобы доктор Габриэль подклеил брекет и в дальнейшем продолжил лечение и предложили записаться на 14.06 14.06 на 14:45 была запись, но в кабинет попал в 13:35. Доктор Габриэль не подклеил брекет, а провел консультацию. ( Сказал что эту работу нужно снимать и устанавливать все по новому) И выставил прайс который включал в себя снятие старых брекетов, чистка, установка новых брекетов, и потом подтяжки, коронки, ретейнеры и тд. И записали на 29.07.2023 (то есть ходить 1,5 месяца с неправильно установленными брекетами) После я написала представителю клиники Юлия Томица (в Фейсбуке) чтобы как-то решить этот вопрос, она поговорила с директором и предложила чтобы дальше продолжила лечение доктор Эсселина, я спросила может ли продолжить лечение доктор Габриэль, так как он провел хорошую. Юлия сказала что узнает это у директора и позже даст ответ. Потом сказала что если мы хотим продолжить лечение у доктора Габриэль, нужно прийти 16.06 на 11:30. После я спрашиваю что будет выполняться, и нужно ли будет за это платить, так как это исправление работы доктора Андрее, а не исправление работы другой клиники) на что я получила ответ что не известно нужно будет платить или нет, что доктор все объяснит, и это будет повторная консультация (которая не требуется) и мы отказались, так как нет такой возможности приезжать в клинику через день и ждать по 1-2 часа пока доктор примет. Нам предложили написать официальное письмо на электронный адрес с нашей жалобой и как мы видим решение проблемы. Мы описали все и попросили чтобы вернули деньги за некачественную работу и сняли эти ужасно установленные брекеты. Через 4 дня пришел ответ на электронную почту (что они вернут деньги и снимут брекеты, нужно было чтобы пришли на снятие 28.06 в 10:00. И 28.06 по приезду в клинику, девочка на рецепции сказала что записи на сегодня нет и вообще ортодонтов которые могут снять брекеты нет сегодня и предложила записаться на 29.07.2023 (ЧЕРЕЗ МЕСЯЦ!!!) Они все же решили вернуть деньги спустя много переписок по электронной почте, разговором по телефону с директором. И 08.07.2023 вернули деньги и сняли брекеты. вернули 300 евро, только за брекеты, за ужасную чистку деньги не вернули. Согласились вернуть деньги только при условии что муж удалит свой отзыв в гугл карте. Ужас УЖАСНОЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ К КЛИЕНТАМ!!!!!! В этой клиники не ценят время клиента!

Negative experience: This has to be the worst dental place ever. I went in for a tooth extraction and they did not have the right tools to perform their work. They did not inform me of this and in the middle of the tooth extraction, he asked me to go to another hospital. I bled till I got to the next hospital. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Negative experience: Stay clear of Brilliant Smiles Dental Clinic! Save yourself the trouble and money, as their waiting times are absolutely appalling. I spent nearly 3 hours in their waiting room, only to be told by the receptionist that I had to reschedule or keep waiting. To make matters worse, I had to see a different dentist, and obtaining my med 2 form took an unreasonable amount of time. Negative experience: Appalling service , didn’t realise the extent of the damage to my teeth until I went to a different clinic. They have destroyed the structure of my teeth and my general dental care is neglected because all they did was tighten braces on appointments. Was to young to realise I wasn’t being recommend incorrectly and being manipulated Don’t recommend

Negative experience: I've spent almost 2 hours to get there and after an hour of waiting they told us that we have no appointment! Ridiculous! Please, don’t go. No brilliant smiles here as no work ethic either, a black hole has replaced customer service.

Negative experience: These "orthodontists" aren't even qualified to perform the work they're doing. I switched to a different orthodontist half way through the treatment and he had to completely remove this clinic's set of braces, because brackets were placed incorrectly. Elastics this othodontist (Esselina) made me wear were making things even worse. My new ortho was in utter shock at how badly the braces were placed. Spare yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague.

Negative experience: Потрібно було чистити канали, то лікарка не змогла правильно вколоти знеболювальне. Навіть не дійшли до середини процедури, через біль. Персонал не компетентний. Марно заплатила 100 євро, а 65 євро за знімок це нонсенс. Не рекомендую

Negative experience: I had to wear my braces for 2.6 years. Sometimes after tightening I barely felt like they were tightened which means I had to pay 80 euro for nothing. After they took them off, the teeth were pretty straight, I had to wear my retainers for 6 months, I had to pay 150 euro for them and they caused my gums to bleed because they were too tight. I asked for an appointment as quick as possible but they said my doctor is on holiday for 1 month and I’ll have to wait. I didn’t want my teeth to drift so I said I’ll take another doctor, I had to repay 150 euro just so they can take my teeth measurements again. Joke of a place don’t recommend
