Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have found Rdent, Mamoon has established a wonderful dental practice and has an amazing team - thank you to all the ladies at reception, his lovely dental assistant Lydia and Gillian. Mamoon completely transformed my smile with just six veneers and it has easily been the greatest investment I've ever made in my appearance after many years of deliberation. I feel completely safe with Mamoon due to his exceptional expertise in dentistry techniques and how he treats his patients and colleagues. I have also had the pleasure of being treated by the dentist Chris who was very kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gillian for any dental hygienest treatments as she has really helped me improve my gum health and always knows how to make me smile. I am usually a nervous patient but Gillian puts me completely at ease and is very kind and passionate about her work.

I had braces fitted and am extremely pleased with the results. Their care and professionalism have been outstanding throughout my treatment.

Negative experience: The doctor did a really great job removing my wisdom tooth. But I absolutely didn’t expect this price of 230€ for a tooth removal, but maybe it’s normal for Ireland, I don’t know. I just was quite shocked in the end. And another thing, I had never had so much anastesia before, it’s been 4 hours after removal and I still haven’t quite recovered after it. I think the doctor gave too much, although I asked for less. And it started to be more numb only after the operation, so it was obviously too much… and I never had my lips and cheecks so numb before. This attitude is probably handy for doctors, but not healthy and not comfortable for the client at all. Everything else was perfect, they made an appointment immediately as I walked in, it was great. But this attitude to clients is ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Rdent are masters at their craft. The atmosphere in Rdent was totally calming for my gum graft. Dr. Rashid was very gentle and made me feel totally at ease. I would definitely recommend Rdent.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended RDent by a friend of mine and booked in for a consultation with the dentist and a clean with the hygienist. The dentist was very friendly, very patient. I then had my teeth cleaned with Gillian and she was simply amazing. I get quite anxious getting my teeth cleaned as I can find it sore & uncomfortable but I honestly barely felt a thing, and for the first time in years I didnt need my gums numbed at all! I received a great aftercare plan- what toothbrush to buy, floss to use, toothpaste to use & mouthwash and purchased it all after my appointment. Would recommend to everyone!

Negative experience: I went to this dentist last year,I had two top teeth that were rotten,he said that I needed four teeth out,that was not true,I had my last molar on the right side of my mouth taken out in 2012 ,the dentist left a tiny stub ,he said it will fuse fully with your jaw ,2023 this dentist decided to remove the stub ,he couldn't do it after wrenching and pulling I could feel pain through the anaesthetic,I had no idea it was the stub , until the following day my jaw was like a balloon,he had to salder it off ,I left him with a script for antibiotics,five weeks of antibiotics from my doctor who was a witness to this ,the only reason I gave him a good review is because I didn't want to believe it especially az I lost 17 kilos and developed emphysema,and a cycle on my kidneys all in the timeline of adverse effects,when I confronted the dentist,he said:you told me that you're body wasn't right so i went ahead and took it out ,the truth on so much these days is twisted and I still have pain in my jaw not to mention my now defective body,stay away from r dent

Negative experience: I left a negative review and Rdent contacted me on gmail and then threatened me with the police if i didn't remove it. Is that standard practice? Absolutely shocking behavior. Their excuse was that I'm not a patient at Rdent. I am, but, of course, people often use pseudonyms for youtube purposes.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank everyone at RDent enough for giving me a new smile that I can’t stop showing off! The whole process was so comfortable and it was such a welcoming, friendly place to walk into! I showed Dr Mamoon what I would and wouldn’t like with my teeth and he went above and beyond to give me the most perfect smile! It’s honestly life changing so if you’re on the edge about getting your teeth done, this is your sign!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist for over 2 years. Before coming here, I had extremely bad anxiety/fear of visiting dentists to the point I would be shaking on the chair. I decided to try Rdent which has been an absolute positive experience from the start. From the moment you enter Rdent, you are welcomed by the brilliant receptionists. They are very warm and welcoming. It's always a great experience with Gillian, the hygienist at Rdent. Gillian is extremely caring and gentle throughout the process of the cleaning. I also had teeth whitening and a mouth gaurd made for night time use. I was totally at ease the minute I walked into the practice. Chris and the staff of RDent are amazing. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rdent for years and lots of my family members go there too. We all receive excellent care. I have had fillings, teeth taken out, cleanings, a crown put in and wisdom teeth taken out and I have always been looked after very well and the after care is thoroughly explained. All staff are always so friendly and happy to answer any questions you might have. An excellent practise all round.

Negative experience: Would not recommend going here. They try to deceive the patient with recommending excessive work. They put in a long list of unnecessary work just to try and bring up the cost to the maximum. So dishonest. You are not doing yourselfs a favour, just driving away the customer. Find a dentist who is honest not these conartists.

Fantastic experience: I am an older patient that was extremely anxious about going to see the dentist. I had not been to a dentist in years and was in need of three crowns. I saw Dr. Chris de Souza who was so professional and I also had my teeth cleaned by Gillian and she was excellent. I am delighted to report that not only was my experience almost completely pain free ( a twinge at the pain numbing medication) but the clinical staff were efficient and could not have been more lovely. they are extremely professional in all aspects of their patient care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. I am now a regular patient and have overcome my fear thanks to them. They are also very fairly priced and in an excellent location which is convenient and has free parking.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is better than yours! I went to Rdent this time last year to see if I would qualify for braces. Rdent came highly recommended but I had previously gone elsewhere and I was told it would be a long drawn out process, so I hadn't much hope. I met with Dr Mamoon, who just so happens to be the best dentist! He told me he would have my teeth straight in 6 to 8 months. The Rdent family are the best and money so well spent. Fantastic experience: What can I say only that I would highly recommend Rdent, I have been attending them for years, the staff are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed which is fantastic as for myself and most people the fear of attending a dentist is terrible, but with Rdent the fear is completely washed away. Chris is great with dental work and for Gillian as the hygienist she is brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with my results! Had the 6 month smile clear braces as well as composite bonding, had them on longer than 6 months but was so happy with the results! Super value for money, after spending ages getting quotes from different dentists around galway. All the staff are so lovely and pleasant and so accommodating, I’ve had to cancel and reschedule appointments so many times and at such short notice and they’re so helpful. Such a nice relaxed atmosphere every time I go in, would definitely recommend rDent to anyone who is considering clear braces/having any cosmetic work done!

He was very informative and dedicated to getting good results for me. Gillian the hygienist is a pleasure to visit.
