Negative experience: My wife carols experience was terrible . After a phone call from Dentaltech following my wifes visit for treatment in sept 24 which was good, we decided to give them another go as she needed more work possibly an extraction and maybe dentures we are currently living outside the country for business reasons,i explained this to the lady on the phone we agreed an appointment date of 26 march some 5 weeks from phone call allowing me time to book flights etc at approx 1 week before got an e mail to confirm appointment,which we did,arrived at cilinic swords 5 mins before app time to find nobody in the reception so we waited in reception almost 45 mins when a Dentist appeared from a treatment room to see his patient out, his first words to us were you dont have an appointment ,to which we said we do as was confirmed the week before he subsequently checked and confirmed we indeed did have an appointment as stated.and went on to inform us the dentist was not in that day we would have to make an appointment for another day we were dismissed, as a patient of his had just arrived. we left very unhappy, immeadiatley rang D.T.got a girl on the phone explained all of the above my travel etc she was sorry but nothing she could do except make an appointment for 5 days later which we took ,i asked her to get someone in management to ring me so so i could voice my anger at the way we we treated and dismissed especially confirming the appointment a week in advance. on to the appointment 5 days later as we were only in Dublin for another few days they felt it would be quicker to go to terenure office for tteatment as my wife needed an extraction and an extra denture to her plate already in situ ,we agreed all went well in terenure had the extraction and came back later in the day for the dentures no problem ,explained again to girl at reception of our experience the previous week and would someone in management please ring me she said she would pass it on never heard anything since, 4 days later the denture fell off broke while back in europe brought to a local dentist to have repaired which they duly did for 65 euro and 2 days wait ,the explained the denture was badly made and they re enforced it Still to this day have heard nothing from DT Wont be using again Terrible

Alina was wonderful at explaining options, procedures and pricing and Dr. Olga is a master at what she does. She's absolutely fabulous and does everything with such precision. Negative experience: Be sure to check your warranty on your dentures, unfortunately, I was not told about the one year warranty! After having dentures for only 24 months they have already cracked and I am forced to pay the fees (€135 ) In my opinion, having dentures over the last 30 years, they should last more than two years before showing any wear and tear:( Also if I wanted them to return them when fixed by register post it would cost an extra 10e :( so disappointing:(

Fantastic experience: I had my new 3D dentures done with Dental Tech between Terenure and Swords for appointments. From the moment i met the Dentist named Mario he was absolutely amazing with me. I felt so at ease and he is so friendly and explained everything to me. I have already recommended Dental Tech and Mario to numerous others.
