Fantastic experience: Fiona got me an Xray with Ada to check a painful tooth. Had a cleaning booked with Gina. Got everything sorted out. So gentle. Lot's of helpful advice on care and cleaning teeth.Wouldn't go to anyone else C u nxt time. All lovely staff. Xx.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Surgery with lovely Staff. I would consider myself an anxious patient but I am always made to feel at ease during visit. Would recommend this practise to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist is a lovely person, she's very professional and more importantly she has the ability to keep me calm while she performs her skills as I am close to being petrified at the mere mention of a dentist As a matter of fact from the moment you ring the doorbell you get absolutely the best professional treatment and pleasantness in abundance. Highly recommended I had my visit to my hygienist today May 2025 and I am delighted to report that the standard of the performance and pleasantness is still of the highest order, as said before once you enter you full undivided attention, always a pleasure

Negative experience: I attended old bawn smile clinic for a hygiene appointment. The hygienist Gina is a lovely lady very pleasant and very good at her job. The clinic is very nice and clean and inviting. The receptionist Fiona was very pleasant and helpful in accommodating me with an appointment. I found the clinic very easy to contact by phone and my email was responded to promptly. I'll be attending again. Since I had my first appointment I have found it difficult to contact the clinic by phone so I sent an email with a query which wasn't responded too. I had an appointment today which was fine the dentist and nurse were very nice and professional.I had to call afterwards and left a voicemail so I hope they call me back. Unfair this was not called back. I just recently sent a email. No response. Unfortunately communication is very poor.
