Fantastic experience: Adriana is very calm and patient. Explains everything what she does. Very observant of my reaction and making sure I am comfortable. The dentist nurses are very pleasant and caring too. Receptionist staff very informative and easy to deal with. Thank you I found my dentist after my old has retired.

Fantastic experience: I was searching for a local dentist on Google maps, so among the results, I saw this medical centre. I checked the reviews and the pictures and I couldn't find any issues so I gave it a go. One thing I realised different from others is their opening time. In fact I rang them at 7.30 pm (they were closing at 8pm) on Wednesday while other establishments were already closed for the day. Luckily there was only one spot left for the whole week on Friday. At the phone the receptionist was very friendly, she explained I could book either on the phone or using their online booking form. In both cases I had to pay €50 in advance for deposit by card. This I believe in case I don't show up. I am not saying it is not fair or it is something unconventional, but it feels strange. I can understand, maybe some patients are not showing up on their appointment. Also the deposit is not kept on hold but it is taken or charged on your card as payment. Of course it can be used as credit towards the bill. They have limited free parking spaces, I counted like 4 or 5 spots but as this is a medical centre, you have GPS, dentists, etc so obviously it was full when I arrived at 9:40am. So probably park straight elsewhere to avoid to get back and find a spot. The place inside is very clean, bright and tidy and this was also matching with the pictures published here. Some other places are little bit old fashion. This is new and modern. Staff on the floor is prompt and they explains you what to do as well as they bring you to the doctor's room, in my case my dentist. I was told on the phone that if I have PRSI I could get free dentist check up, but at the reception during the payment after the visit, the staff didn't check for me so I had to ask her, which she did and I was approved for free dentist check up (worth €50). So my advice is don't take for granted they will check for you, please ask them. I got also X ray for my mouth which was charged €60. The dentist and her assistant were super friendly and again, the room was super clean and tidy and bright which I loved it. They also sell products for the daily care of your teeth which I purchased a mouth wash. On overall a great pleasant experience and I will definitely go back for a routine check.

Fantastic experience: Th best experience I ever had!! I was here the first time for a gp visit, the girl at the reception was really lovely and made me feel more comfortable. The doctors helped me and treated me so good explaining everything so I could understand and explaining me the next steps they want to take with me. I had a blood test today, and it was the best blood test ever!! I am scared of needles and I always faint, the doctor, which I discovered was from Moldova and I am Romanian so we talked and she was so professional and gentle, made me feel comfortable and used a little needle. She was perfect, talked with me for distraction, she took care of me and she is so soft that the blood test was painless. This is the best experience ever and I am without any words.. I am really happy to have discovered this clinic..everything here is perfect from the team to the fact that it's not a white clinic with a strong smell of disinfectant that makes you anxious. Everything is comfy, colored and smells good..I felt like home

The standout for me is the reception area where the staff are ultra friendly and efficient and ensure that you are at ease when you arrive as going to the Dentist can still be a daunting experience for many people. The surgery is very clean and modern and the dentists and dental assistant are very friendly and efficient and are very good at their job. The cost so far seems very reasonable to me and the location in Blanch Village is excellent, As someone who works in Customer Service the standard here in Beechview is amazingly good and a credit to the owners.Well done!!

I can honestly say, I wasn’t expecting the results to be as significant as they are. I don’t know how Dr Cristina did it, but she has given me the smile I’ve always wanted in a matter of hours. Negative experience: Very disappointing. First time visiting dentist dr Adriana. Brought my 7 year old for a “child exam”. €40. We were out within 5 minutes. Won’t be returning or recommending to other parents

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Beechview for almost 5 years now for dental services. The building is very modern, has parking and the reception is very nice and spacious. They provide a lot of services as I’ve had a number of issues and every appointment goes smoothly. The staff are amazing! Everyone is very friendly and kind as I have a lot of dental issues and they always put my mind at ease. I feel so comfortable going there and coming out pain free. I highly recommend Beechview.

Fantastic experience: Been looking for a new GP for a year and It’s the first time visiting this GP with doctor Shah. Very pleasant and caring. The receptionist are lovely and helpful too. One thing to complain is (not just here) that the radio in the waiting room is so loud, would be nice with a nice calm music on.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, couldn't complete them enough on how professional and friendly they are. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Went in for a child dental exam and scaling, they found three small cavities just by a visual exam, so had the fillings done, three weeks have passed and one filling fell out, another one developed a gum abscess. Went to emergency to have this checked as child was having fever and was in pain, had an x-ray and it turns out the filling just covered a tooth decay so infection is now trapped and gum and surrounding tissue got inflamed, child is now on antibiotics and is scheduled in to have the tooth extracted. No x-ray performed before having the fillings done which could have clearly help avoid this infection and no options offered. The total cost for consultation, scaling and the three fillings was €320. You have to sign a waiver that the filling can cause complications, fall out or lead to tooth needing root canal or to be extracted so don't worry, they have themselves covered and your health is never a priority. I genuinely do not recommend this clinic and will not use It's services ever again.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have been able to be treated here. My tooth broke and needed repairing, best case scenario. First time patient, I’m only in Dublin on vacation. The sign in process was very easy and receptionist very attentive. The technician was very nice and the Doctor as well. She explained every part of the process and the sensations and tastes I would experience through out the repair. She made sure I was in no pain whatsoever. She was very kind and made sure I was comfortable all the time. They technician and doctor work so well together, they really were precise. Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you so very much.

Fantastic experience: Have moved here for Dental treatments lately and give the place 5 Stars, spotlessly clean, the staff in reception are very pleasant and professional as are the Dental Team,. Have had some bad experiences before but have to say it's almost a pleasure to get treatment here, the Dental team actually care how you're doing and always put you at ease. Would have no hesitation in recommending this practice and have booked my children in also.

Negative experience: The quickest teeth clean I’ve ever got done on my life. I was in the chair for a total of 10 minutes and it certainly was not because my teeth did not require a clean (it was almost 2 years since my last teeth clean) I’m unsure if it was a rushed appointment because I availed of the €15 teeth clean with PRSI, in other practices it does not matter if you are paying full price or not. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
