Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! I had an appointment with an ENT specialist. The consultation lasted only 10 minutes, for which I paid 160 euros. The doctor told me that “everything looks fine” and suggested that it might be stress. I feel completely ripped off! I spent more time filling out the intake form than I did actually seeing the doctor. This kind of treatment towards patients is unacceptable.

Negative experience: I believe Dr Basinska is a good doctor but the whole clinic is a joke. Every time the waiting time is over 1h (waiting with sick people in the packed small waiting room), no over the phone follow up consultation without paying for a new visit. Totally money focused institution.

Negative experience: Terrible place, I wouldn't recommend losing your time. My boyfriend went expecting some sort of guidance and treatment for his burnout and depression, the doctor hasn't requested any sort of blood test to identify if he has some deficiency that can be interfering in his conditions and could be helped with some supplements to reduce his symptoms, neither listened to his complaints. He left the clinic with a 2 weeks sick note and the doctor said he should look online how deal with depression. The appointment hasn't taken more than 5 minutes and he paid 80 euros to hear he should use google to assist him and just left the clinic feeling more shitty than he was before, completely invalidated and believing his problem is just being too lazy to get out of the situation. That's completely unacceptable, a person with severe depression could've just decide suicide as the only way out. It was not just amateur behaviour from the doctor, but also disrespectful, dangerous and cold. You go to a doctor expecting at least some empathy, and leave the practice feeling like the doctor considers you attendance just as a manner to have an easy sick notice. Unbelievable.

Negative experience: Went to see the ENT here in September after months of sinus issues and was told to use a spray that I was already using and that my constant sinus infections were due to ‘stress’. Actually I have sinus cancer and have only been diagnosed due to the tumour eating into my orbital bone and giving me vision issues. I would not recommend this place if you value your health

Fantastic experience: At the time of Covid 19 most GP doctors abandoned patients like myself and I moved to Medicus. That's not University Clinic with newest equipment but doctors with good knowledge of the profession. Sometimes have to wait but good luck if you think other clinics or hospital are better. Most much worse. And what is most important,at Medicus you going to human, doctor, you are not just a number with health problems. And good face of this clinic beginning from reception, ladies with nice smile.

Fantastic experience: We went for the blood test, the cheapest privet blood test in the city. For our convenience clinic was open on Sunday from 8 am. Perfect as I didn’t have to take a day off and there was no traffic at that hour and took me less than 30 minutes from Bray to get there. The nurse was nice and really helpful and gave me few health tips. Highly recommend.

Dr Grazyna was great, she took me for a last minute appointment and was extremely accommodating. She listened to my concerns, completed all the necessary checks, and explained everything she was observing during the process. Her approach was both professional and reassuring, which really put me at ease. Despite a slight delay in my appointment, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Negative experience: Psychiatrist was kind and pleasant to speak to. Appointment ran half an hour late but when I emailed they did respond immediately. Receptionist was quite rude and abrupt on the phone, which almost put me off booking with them.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place. In my opinion they are only after your money and your health is least they could care about. I can write pages about how they got lots of money off us and provided a tribble service in the past but because my wife and I are low maintenance, we never cared however since our baby is born they cancelled the first round of vaccination (doctor is on sick leave) a week before it was due. We rang 25 medical services and finally a month late we were able to find a place as no one accepts new patients. My wife and I were very angry but let it slide. They did exactly same for second round of vaccination a week before it was due (same reasons). Hse,... have no power over GP practices apparently but they mentioned any nurse can administer the vaccine so they are not telling the truth. Also how a doctor is on sick leave for 3 months without cover! The receptionist and entire entity are trained to get money off you and could not care about anything else. I have seen a lot of one star reviews here. I am going to put an official complaint about them and I hope more people do so as this is literally matter of life and death. If they treat a baby like this then,.... BTW I am not in the heat of the moment. We have since got new family doctors and months are past but I thought it is necessary to follow this through.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for 11:30am this morning but didn’t get to see the Dr until almost 1:30pm ( 2 hours late!) While other reviews have said the receptionist was rude, I actually found her quite friendly and she did apologise. It’s completely unacceptable to wait 2 hours but it appears this is the norm there. My smear with the Dr was quite abrupt and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I had some concerns/questions which I asked but just received a shoulder shrug in response. I was so disappointed since the place had been recommended by a friend. I’d say the Dr is nice in other circumstances but my appointment was so rushed and although I was paying €185, I felt like an inconvenience.
Negative experience: Doctors are nice. Appointments are available. However, every time I get to visit the appointments are 1-2+ hours late. Taken it’s a private medical center and the appointments are time confirmed, it would be great to catch them on time or at least with 30 min max delay. 2 hours wait past your appointment time is way too much.

Positive experience: Was lucky with both specialists: M. Golebiowska (GP) and Grazyna Dec (gynecologist) Just got mess because booked both appointments close to each other and there was a delay by one patient in first position, so, it caused shift for the another too
Negative experience: I don't recommend it at all! Please, read it how was my experience as a pregnant at Medicus Medical Centre. If you are pregnant does not go to there. The doctor calls Grazyna Dec, gynecologist she is not kind or empathetic with pregnant woman. I was with 8 weeks pregnancy. I wanted to hear the baby's heart before HSE appointment. I booked the appointment on 24 th April. My husband and me were happy and excited to listen our baby's heart. Her first question for me while she was doing the Scan was if I had done treatment for getting pregnant. I answered : No, I didn't. I have tried for 2 months then I got it. She said: you should not be pregnant. For me it was strange. I knew about my fertility before planning my pregnancy. She said my right ovary was not well. My left ovary had many cysts. Then I couldn't be pregnant. Briefly she measured the size of embryo wrong too. I was with 7 weeks pregnancy according to her scan, it was fine. But she described the size of embryo with 1.01 mm. I looked up about embryo's size it is impossible the scan machine measures 1.01mm. In this case, we would have a scan without embryo. But, I could hear the embryo heart. It means if we can hear the embryo heart at least it has 7mm , not 1mm. We left the clinic devastated with the size of embryo according to her. Also, she gave me a referral to do cancer blood test to find out if I had cancer or not in my right ovary. I went to another doctor in UK . I did a new scan which we found out the size of embryo was 1.37 cm, not 1.01mm as she wrote in her letter for us. It is compatible with 7 weeks. In UK we found out, thank you God I don't have problem in my right ovary. Absolutely , nothing. In my left side I have normal cysts. I knew about them since I was 14 years old. She was horrible telling us I could have cancer in my right ovary . There are many ways to advice patients if the doctor is not sure what they are seeing on the scan. As I was in panic if I could have cancer and pregnant I did the test she asked me to do. The result was lower according to the levels reference. But believe or not she wrote in the result she wants to have a consultation with me. Why? Make more money ? Although I had a consultation with my doctor that knows about my ovaries since 2021, I was in panic . Then I did a new scan in Newry to have a second opinion. I advice everyone to look for other clinics. Overall , the customer service is bad. The comments above are correct about the reception and appointment with GPs always are delayed.

Fantastic experience: I have seen gastroenterologist there and I can only say that the knowledge and experience that this doctor has is exceptional. The paediatrics is also excellent, referred our baby to the ED and she ended in the Hospital for treatment. She was very sick and ignored by our regular GP.
Negative experience: Spend 50 minutes in reception lost my patience and left. Receptions mildly passively aggressive. Seems like they prey on emigrant who can't get help elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with this clinic. From the reception staff who were very polite, all to GP who was wonderful. Dr. Malgorzata Basinska not only does she listen to the patient with empathy, but she is there to support, provide advice from her extensive experience. She has a holistic approach to healing and could not be happier that I got to see her, after being dissapointed with lack of care from the GP I have been registered with.
Negative experience: Not worth it! Massive delays. Multiple times I was booked for certain date/time and at reception I was informed about delays and asked to wait from 1 to 1.5h. Not sure why ladies from reception can't call and make people aware about delays!? Weekends are very expensive too. Normally you pay around 70 euro but during weekends 100 euro. And weekends are usually very busy with the longest delays. No dedicated GP for a patients which means that every time you go you are actually meeting another doctor and keep explaining symptoms etc. Even if you requesting to see certain doctor, at the arrival you will find that someone else will see you instead.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with Medicus Medical Centre. Especially, could not recommend more incredible doctor and specialist MD Wieslaw Zelazek! Very polite, nice and highly profesional doctor. I had stomach pain and doctors from Cavan hospital couldn’t tell exactly what cause me so much pain, just prescribed me a ton of medication… however, MD Zelazek helped me and now feeling much better and can slowly go back to normal life. Thank you so much! God bless and definitely would recommend Doctor Zelazek to everyone!
Negative experience: I have arrived on time. Waited over an hour for an appointment. Receptionist very unfriendly with no manners. Felt like Poland back in 90's . When came back to reception to pay for my visit, it took them a while to even acknowledge my presence. avoid at any cost
Negative experience: I booked my appointment in advance. We arrived from Galway half an hour earlier than scheduled. After our appointment time arrived, we waited another half hour. The waiting room has no windows and the air conditioning does not work. I tried to ask the reception what the waiting time was, but they ignored me. I had already lost the habit of such socialist realism, so we left. I recommend going to another place for medical help.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove all the way from Kilkenny for an APPOINTMENT at 12:00. Got there on time and waited OVER AN HOUR to only be told they don’t know where the doctor is and if she will actually come in today. One receptionist said it would only be 20mins and they would take the blood test and the second said it was too late for bloods even though we were sat there waiting for an hour. They clearly couldn’t be bothered. An absolute WASTE OF TIME AND PETROL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Negative experience: I have been here three times but in this opportunity I am very disappointed because of the price today I came to get my blood result check and I was thinking the same doctor that last month so on Thursday when I sent a email for getting a appointment this Friday the lady told me will be 70 € so for my surprise it was 100€ and the lady told me that happened it was because it was a Saturday and she said it was on the website it’s not like everyday I’m gonna read the whole thing this I simply think its not fair for regular patient not fair for checking blood results you ya e to Pay again 100€ . They used to charge 60€ the consultations now 100€ the difference is too much in one year . I won’t recommend this clinic anymore for nobody.

Negative experience: My last visit was not as I expected, I went for an allergology specialist and charged 100€ and didn't do anything different than a GP, no test performed, only antiestaminic that I can buy from the pharmacy myself. I'm suffering from severe allergies and my hope was to get some answers but it didn't happen. I liked the clinic in the past but today I just felt robbed

Positive experience: I never had a bad experience with any of the doctors in this practice, the only problem I have is that on a couple occasions I have been charged an additional fee for something that I haven’t been informed during my assessment which is completely unacceptable. I don’t believe you should be charged everytime a doctor decides to use a different instrument for your assessment. I know most people will pay just to spare the argument and embarrassment but when it happens to you on several occasions it touches the nerve and I don’t appreciate to be put in the spot where I have to argue my point. Blood tests- I’m not sure if this is a common practice but you pay €87 and you have to pay for an appointment to have your results read to you. My partner paid €47 and had his gp ring him to discuss the results. Waiting times: I have seen in other comments people commenting about waiting times, which I agree, some room for improvement in that regard, appointment time is set for a reason and while 15min delay is acceptable, making someone wait an hour deserves some consideration to the patients, at the end of the day we also have jobs which we have to attend to. Receptionists: could be a little bit friendlier, at least to your face, at the end of the day they’re the first faces you see when you come through the door.

Positive experience: A number of doctors in the clinic are really good. I was at nloss to get a surgery that had space for new patients (pre-covid). I was reduced to the option of a walk-in clinic, which is not suitable for a regular practice, die to the nature of those clinics. I was lucky to find this gem, s I hd tried most clinics in D01, D03, D07, D15. They all had a wit list. The early and late opening is appreciated. I see a good doctor in the clinic. Sometimes the wait time is long, when later in the day, as my doctor tends to be in demand. I expect the wait time at this stage. Disappointed the weekend appointments now come at a premium- wish they would change that back. Experience getting bloods at the nurse has been efficient, and no issues. I have recommended this clinic to people

Negative experience: I DON’T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!! Continue reading if you don’t want to waste your time. I promise reading this won’t be, but it will save you from trouble. So, this clinic is an absolute joke. If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS. But even rates have a minimum, which doesn’t seem to be the case with their service quality. That can go lower each time! Every time I have an appointment here, either with Gynecologist or GP, there’s a waiting time of over 1 hour. And the only explanation is a NON FRIENDLY FACE, like I had to apologise for being here, of a receptionist saying exactly these words: “Doctor has delay.” Not even a slight “sorry”. Nothing. Absolute rubbish. There was one time I gave up on the waiting and left. Better feel bad at home than be subject to this. They don’t respect your time or you as a person, since besides your time, there’s a reason why you’re coming to the doctor: not feeling well. Super disrespectful! They should reimburse us for the time wasted. Because it overpasses the cost of the service they charge. If you still risk to go, do the math. Besides that, when I went to do my blood tests, that girl was never able to take my blood appropriately (at least not before 3 trials piercing me). There was one time, she pierced me 5 times and no container was filled. For the love of God! How’s that possible?!? I wonder what this clinic is doing here. They should be shut. To avoid harming people. Imagine what more serious cases don’t go through. EDIT: This part IS true and I have pictures to prove it. As well as the requested and that was not fulfilled. I don’t know who is replying these comments, but it is like the receptionist who replied “doctor has delay” with a bad mood face. Anyway, by the answer, we can see what to expect. Calling a client a liar is not the best defence. So, finally, after a few chances, I decided: not anymore. Last time ever! I’m not saying it with just one time experience. Don’t do like me. Don’t waste your time. Don’t even put your feet here. For your own good.

Negative experience: Worst clinic ever. It’s actually a nightmare at this stage. So, it all started with my husband. He got his tests done and he got results for them. However, we had queries regarding the results and we wanted to come in and see the doctor for a consultation, we were willing to pay for the consultation. However on the phone, the receptionist advised us to have a phone consultation and get prescription free of charge. Our initial consultation was on Friday at 3pm. No one called. We called to ask what the story is, the receptionist said that the doctor will definitely call today. No one called! We called on Saturday morning, the new receptionist said that she doesn’t know anything about the appointment. She scheduled a new appointment on Monday at 4:45. It’s 4:50 we call the clinic, the receptionist says the doctor is busy with patient, she will call back. She called back at 20:15 for a 2 minute consultation. Asked to call tomorrow the reception for prescription. So the lady on reception said you will have to pay €70 for consultation. We have disagreed and asked for manager who is extremely hard to reach. He apologized and asked where would we like the prescription to be sent we wrote the full correct address of the pharmacy. And guess what? They sent it to a completely different pharmacy. It doesn’t end here… I got my tests done on Friday and the doctor said the results will be ready next Friday morning. I email for my results and the receptionist says they will be ready only on Monday morning. At this stage this clinic is a joke. Their words mean nothing. You just get a constant headache with them. I advise everyone to look for other clinics where the patients time is respected and that can actually deal with patients, not only take money for everything!

Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience with the receptionist at this clinic. Despite my attempts to communicate my availability through email, the receptionist repeatedly suggested times for my appointment that were not suitable. It was clear that she had not read my emails carefully and was not taking my schedule into consideration. I literally kept repeating I am free any work day between 9.30 till 1.30pm and I got an answer first" Hi Im sorry Im no sure what is you question? How can I help you? " when I was already 5 email into a chat with someone ans was just one confirmation away to booking then I repeated again when i am free and waited appointment suggestions. Then I got reply if I wanna book an appointment with Dr. Kindah. Like really?after already 5 email where I just kept saying who I want to be with and when could I go and just tell me a date and a time any work day between 9.30 and 1.30pm. Then next reply she is back from May 12. OK so? Can I book with her in advance between these hours? Again dismissing reply no solution after 15 emails. On top of this, when I tried to explain my availability more clearly, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. Offering 3pm on may 13th Friday when I clearly stated when I could go AAAAANY WORKDAY. May 13 is a Saturday. I was very disappointed with the level of service I received from this receptionist, and it has made me question whether I want to continue using this clinic for my healthcare needs. I would recommend that the clinic takes steps to ensure that their receptionists are properly trained in communication skills and customer service, as this experience was far below what I would expect from a healthcare provider."

Fantastic experience: I have been customer of this clinic and especially GP Dr Malgorzata Golebiowska for over 10 years who is top profesional and wonderful doctor. There can a waiting time and a queue on occasion, but this is normal in any medical center which doesn't charge you fortune for services. I highly recommend
Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Naida Izmaylova who made an Ultrasound Sonography for me and I was very delighted with this appointment. She is a big professional and very nice women! I’m highly recommending her to anyone who’s looking for private ultrasound specialist.

Negative experience: After making an appointment and after two hours waiting I had to leave. I wasted time that I could have been in work. After one and a half hours I went to reception to be told I would be seen in another 15 minutes and after a further 30 minutes I had enough and left. Reception staff unhelpful and rude and this is from a private medical centre. Why give appointment times to people and then by so unprofessional.
Fantastic experience: Today I visited the Medicus Medical Center. I had an appointment with Dr. Naida Izmaylova. Due to a chronic illness I have seen a lot of ultrasound doctors in my life. Doctor Izmaylova is a professional and very attentive doctor. I was very satisfied. I recommend this doctor and clinic.
Negative experience: I had bad experience, I was waiting for the results for more than a month then I didn't get comments about it, they just attached a PDF file, that's it.....
Negative experience: 3 hours waiting time to GP with a baby. The receptionist didn't bother calling to inform about the delay and shrugged her shoulders saying it wasn't her fault. The doctor didn't even examine the baby who was overtired and overstimulated at that stage. Was charged 100 euro and no apologies offered.

Negative experience: First they rang me few hours prior my Gp appointment for my child to say it will be 13:30 , not 12:15. I arrived 10 min earlier, the doctor has not even arrived into practice at 14:00. Unbelievable behaviour, we pay you for service. We rely on your help, honesty and trust . Negative experience: Don't go there if you don't have around 4 hours spare in your day. Arrive at your appointment time check in and go shopping for 2 hours. When you come back you still be waiting to see doctor.... total disrespect of people time.

Negative experience: I’ve had an appointment at 2:30 , came in at 2 sat there patiently for 1.5 hours before asking how longer i’ve to wait i was told “you’re next” waited another 45 minutes before i asked again how much longer …. Once again was told you’re next …. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone absolute waste of time.
Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed all of my meetings with the dermatologist here. The staff welcomed me in a friendly manner which made me feeling comfortable. Dr. Aneta Urbańska, which I had a chance to visit, made me feeling looked after by a professional with a great expertise in a very friendly atmosphere, I felt she listened carefully and provided an accurate advice to my issue. You get a feeling that Dr. Aneta Urbańska look after you in a gentle, unrushed and careful manner, as you would do it yourself. Apart from delivering top quality service, she always makes sure you are utmost comfortable. Been there 4 times already and will definitely go again. Highly recommend Dr. Aneta Urbańska - you will be in the good hands! :)
Fantastic experience: I had 2 appointments with the dermatologist and I am very happy with the results. Dr Urbanska is very knowledgeable and professional. She would only perform procedures that are 100% safe and I was very comfortable the whole time. Dr Urbanska has explained the process fully and answered any questions I had. Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience I will never forget. Dr Kindah Mo Akoel (gynaecologist) inserted my IUD and was horribly rude the entire appointment - very condescending, annoyed at absolutely anything I would say or ask. The procedure is a painful one by nature and other GPs often offer local anaesthetic - I was refused any kind of pain medication, just told to take a paracetamol after. The pain was unbearable and paracetamol did not come close at all to relieving it in any way. At the start I was told it would only be slightly painful "like a pinch." When she pre-insertion ultrasound was over she said something like "that's done now" so I asked "Oh, was that it? That wasn't so painful." and she laughed and said the pain I felt so far was nothing compared to what was to come. Which is strange because if she knew it was going to be painful, why was I refused anything to manage the pain? After this experience I went to a free clinic for my check up, deciding to never return to Medicus again (this experience was the final straw after being treated very poorly many times over the years, it seems a lottery if you get a decent doctor or one who seems to strongly resent the fact that you're there at all). At the other clinic my nurse realised the speculum she had was too big and would cause further pain so she switched to a smaller one. Dr Kindah had no problems using the large so I didn't even know a smaller one was possible. Would have very much appreciated not being exposed to further pain unnecessarily! Also worth noting as a young adult I went to Medicus to get on my first birth control and was recommended Nuva Ring, which was really uncomfortable and I later found out is a very out-dated form of contraception.
Negative experience: Honestly I've never been so mistreated in a doctor visit. Every question I asked was rudely answered. It felt like the doctor couldn't wait for me to leave ASAP, almost as if she was annoyed by my presence. Even if you are the best doctor in the world, in my opinion you're a terrible professional if you mistreat your patients and don't listen to them. I had to ask for a test after the Dr told me herself that the symptoms that I was discribing might have been from an infection. She reluctantly tested me, after I said that if I had an infection I needed to know and that it was affecting my everyday life. Never coming back.
Fantastic experience: I must give Medicus centre a five star I call to Aneta the dermatologist Doctor in a regular basis since February this year, she looks after my facial skin needs with much attention and professionalism. Will definitely recommend Aneta for any of skin needs
Negative experience: My review is about Dr. Jaroslaw Krzyzanowski who was the most rude doctor I have ever spoken to. He was late for 40 minutes, spoke to me with very poor manners and did not have information about my free cervical check. I was there because I got a call from the clinic saying it had been over a year since my last cervical check and they could book me for free according to HSE. I was not told I was going to be checked by a male gynecologist and he didn’t have any information about the cervical check either. I had been there the previous year with doctor Grazyna and she was nice and kind with me. Dr. Jaroslaw did not ask me how I was doing, he said that he didn’t know if I was eligible and he needed written proof that I had to be there. It sounded that he didn’t want to check me if I wasn’t going to pay, even though it’s part of the free government check up. I only had gotten a call, so I didn’t have anything written down, but I wouldn’t mind if he wanted to confirm with the clinic if he had some patience and good manners. The way he talked to me was so awful I refused to let him check me and I walked away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!

Fantastic experience: My Regular GP was overbooked and found this Gp online in google. I have to say it’s the best doctor treatment I have received in a long while. He listened very attentively to all my symptoms and prescribed the necessary medication and tests. The receptionist staff were very polite. Their check- in system for registration is so modern and efficient. Plus I got an all round excellent level of care in the practise. I will surely be going back as I actually prefer there to my regular GP, thank you so much Dr. I can’t remember his name but he has been practicing medicine for a long time as I saw his certs on the wall.
