Fantastic experience: 100% from the reception staff. Evelina, Kristen and Nadine. I would recommend Carmen , Andoni and Zhana for all dental requirements. I had an appointment today and the manager had an ice cream van for the staff today.. It shows they value their staff.

This helped me understand my dental health better. She provided a lot of clarity around my assessment and gave clear instructions on how to manage my dental health better. From my first visit, he clearly explained the entire dental implant procedure and showed me on the computer what needed to be done. The whole process took about four months and went very smoothly. Dr. Xavier has a lot of experience, and I always felt like I was in good hands. The reception staff were also very helpful and accommodating when it came to booking appointments. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend Dr. Xavier and 3Dental!

Fantastic experience: I’m an incredibly nervous patient and have avoided the dentist like the plague for years, so I can’t believe I’m writing this… but I actually had an amazing experience at 3Dental Red Cow. :) From the moment I walked in, every single person was so lovely, friendly, and genuinely understanding. I never felt judged for being anxious—instead, I was met with kindness and reassurance the whole way through. Irene, my dentist, was absolutely brilliant. So professional, but also really funny and down-to-earth. She made me feel so at ease, which I didn’t think was even possible in a dentist chair! And Nadine on reception was just incredible—when my nerves got the better of me while waiting, she was so kind and really helped calm me down. I had metal fillings replaced, a chipped tooth fixed, and a full cleaning done. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was very reasonable, and honestly, everyone I dealt with was just lovely. If you struggle with dentist anxiety, I couldn’t recommend 3Dental Red Cow more. They’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist, and now I actually believe I’ll be able to keep up with my treatment without that awful fear. I’m so grateful—thank you all so much!

Dr.kahei is amazing with the work he does and is so patient and kind every time I go to my appointments. Receptionists Laura and Leon just to name a few are always so kind and helpful in ensuring my appointments are scheduled for a time that suits me and that I am happy with. Any questions or queries I have ever had were always answered professionally and to a level of amazing effort. Definitely recommend this dental office.

The girls are amazing, they always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable - asking if I'd like a cup of tea or glass of water, The front desk sets the tone for the practice and all the girls, especially Kristen and Nadine. They are a vital part of patient experience and should be complimented immensely. I've always been happy with my treatments, pricing is broken down simply to understand with the options of payment plans making the financial burden of dental work affordable.

Fantastic experience: I have just been seen by Niall and his wonderful team and I had an emergency and lost my front tooth last night and was devastated. I was seen immediately and Niall was able to help. It meant the world to me as it was so upsetting. The kindness and care shown to me by Niall and all the staff was incredible. I will never forget them and this has been the same on all occasions that I have visited and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Started implant procedure with 3Dental, dr Xavier Borras , with anxiety and fear, but no pain what so ever apart from the stitches that were removed today after calling due to the un comfort. No issue taking me earlier than planned, Kristen at the desk was very friendly and efficient. A great experience so far in this long process, I m glad I went to 3Dental.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to the dentist in years and I was extremely nervous after breaking a tooth! From start to finish the Team at 3Dental were brilliant, I got an emergency appointment the very day I rang and a week later I was over a surgical extraction (my biggest fear) Dr Simona was amazing she took so much time and care making sure I was comfortable the whole time and talking me through every step, we listened to some good music and had a laugh and she never rushed me when I needed a moment! Even following up a couple of days after to check how I was doing, I now have a plan in place and I feel better about going back. Kristen on reception was so lovely and friendly at check in and helping me to make my next appointments, they really put me at ease and the whole process was so simple, I’ll have no problem going back regularly ⭐️

But before and after my appointment I had the pleasure of meeting Kristen & Leon on the desk. They went above and beyond. They are not just polite or friendly. They make you feel relaxed. I'm in with Dr Anna Beattie on the 9th of May for a wisdom tooth extraction not something you look forward to. But for me who was nervous of dentists. Fantastic experience: I’ve only just started my experience with 3 Dental but so far I have had a really nice experience. Roisin at reception has been extremely helpful and got back to my queries online via instagram so quickly I’ve never experienced such attentiveness like that before and she has answered all my questions clearly and put me at ease because I’m quite nervous about getting my teeth done. Dr. Carmen is my dentist and she is amazing she was really honest about what treatment she thinks I should get which I really appreciate. I feel I’m in good hands because of how transparent she was she didn’t want me spending money on things I wasn’t sure about which makes me trust her as my dentist 100%. I just collected my whitening trays from Leon at the desk there in the Red Cow clinic and he was so lovely. He answered more questions I had and was really informative, welcoming, & professional. He also offered me lip balms and 3 dental floss how nice is that! I will be recommending 3 dental to my friends and family because they’re all so lovely and I feel I’m with the best in the industry! My husband is also a patient here, having his implants done, and we both must mention the amazing receptionist, Ciara Wickham, whom we always ask for on the phone. Negative experience: Booked a free consultation after getting my teeth cleaned. The cleaning was done very well so I booked the visit. I was told that the deposit of €50 will be refundable after the visit. The consultation and price breakdown was good, I was happy with it. After the consultation I had an unusual conversation at the reception which made me choose a different place. I asked if I can get the deposit sorted, I was told that I need to pay additional €50 for the visit. When I said that I paid the deposit to secure the appointment I was told I don't need to pay anything then. I asked what was the deposit for as I was told when booking that it's a free consultation. The answer was that it was a different type of consultation, not the free one. I don't mind that €50 since there was an xray done (without even asking if I'd like to do it on that day) but what was bugging me is why did I get two different versions from the reception staff.
